‘रन फॉर रोड सेफ्टी’ में अधिकारियों ने स्वयं दौड़कर दिया सुरक्षित सफर का संदेश

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में सड़क सुरक्षा माह के समापन की ओर बढ़ते हुए गुमला जिला प्रशासन आज पूरी तरह एक्शन और जोश में नजर आया। ‘सुरक्षित गुमला’ के संकल्प को पूरा करने के लिए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिला परिवहन कार्यालय द्वारा ‘रन फॉर रोड सेफ्टी’ (दौड़) का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस दौड़ की खास बात यह रही कि जनता को जागरूक करने के लिए जिले के तमाम आला अधिकारी खुद ट्रैक पर उतरे और आम नागरिकों के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाकर दौड़े।

प्रशासनिक मुस्तैदी: हरी झंडी दिखाकर की शुरुआत

दौड़ की शुरुआत मुख्य अतिथि उप विकास आयुक्त (DDC) दिलेश्वर महतो, अपर समाहर्ता, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (SDO), भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता
जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी , जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता,जिला खेल पदाधिकारी और पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (DSP) थाना प्रभारी गुमला ने संयुक्त रूप से हरी झंडी दिखाकर की। इसके बाद सभी पदाधिकारियों ने स्वयं दौड़ में हिस्सा लेकर युवाओं और प्रतिभागियों का उत्साहवर्धन किया। पुलिस प्रशासन, परिवहन विभाग के कर्मियों और स्थानीय नागरिकों की भारी मौजूदगी ने इस आयोजन को एक जन-आंदोलन बना दिया।

हेलमेट: शौक नहीं, अब वक्त की मजबूरी

दौड़ के समापन पर आयोजित सभा में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने मर्मस्पर्शी अपील की। उन्होंने कहा:
“गुमला में बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को देखते हुए हेलमेट एवं सीट बेल्ट पहनना अब केवल नियम नहीं, बल्कि जान बचाने के लिए हमारी मजबूरी बनता जा रहा है। अगर हम अब भी नहीं जागे, तो नुकसान केवल हमारा और हमारे परिवार का है। सुरक्षा नियमों को बोझ न समझें, यह आपका सुरक्षा कवच है।”
दौड़ के मुख्य बिंदु और उद्देश्य
जागरूकता का संदेश: दौड़ का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाना और यातायात नियमों (हेलमेट, सीट बेल्ट, स्पीड लिमिट) के प्रति जिम्मेदारी का भाव पैदा करना था।
बड़ी भागीदार : स्कूली छात्र-छात्राओं, युवाओं और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक दौड़ पूरी की और सड़क सुरक्षा की सामूहिक शपथ ली।
