गुमला : – गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां की अध्यक्षता में मासिक अपराध समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय के सभागार, चन्दाली, गुमला में किया गया। बैठक में पुलिस उपाधीक्षक(मु0 – प्रशिक्षु), गुमला, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, चैनपुर,गुमला, बसिया, अंचल निरीक्षक, गुमला, चैनपुर, बसिया, पुलिस निरीक्षक-सह-थाना प्रभारी, गुमला, पुलिस निरीक्षक-सह-प्रभारी, सी0सी0आर0, गुमला – परिचारी प्रवर, परिचारी, उपस्कर एवं परिचारी, परिवहन पुलिस केन्द्र, गुमला के साथ सभी थाना प्रभारी तथा शाखा प्रभारी उपस्थित रहे। अपराध गोष्ठी प्रारंभ करने के पूर्व दिनांक-23.02.2026 को होने वाले नगरपालिका(आम) निर्वाचन-2026 को शांतिपूर्ण, स्वतंत्र एवं निष्पक्ष मतदान हेतु सुरक्षा – विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण के साथ-साथ अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई तथा आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही लापता बच्चों के संबंध में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश के संबंध में विस्तृत चर्चा की गई एवं अनुपालन हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये। इसके अतिरिक्त निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई एवं आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गयेः-
1. Undetected हत्या-बलात्कार – POSCO – SC-ST – लूट – गृहभेदन – अपहरण आदि कांडों की समीक्षा।
2. अवैध मादक पदार्थों के बिक्री- तस्करी की रोकथाम हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई करना।
3. लंबित वारंट – स्थाई वारंट – कुर्की – इस्तेहार का निष्पादन के संबंध में।
4. सूचना अधिकार अधि0 – जन षिकायत समाधान कार्यक्रम के तहत् प्राप्त लंबित आवेदन पत्रों का ससमय त्वरित निष्पादन के संबंध में।
5. पारपत्र – चरित्र सत्यापन संबंधी पत्रों का ससमय निष्पादन करना।
6. i-RAD/eDAR तथा डायल 112 से संबंधित कार्रवाई के संबंध में।
7. डायन प्रथा – मानव तस्करी – पलायन एवं महिलाओं से संबंधित अपराधों की रोक-थाम हेतु आमजनों के बीच जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के संबंध में।
सभी थाना प्रभारी को अपने-अपने थाना क्षेत्र में सड़क दुर्घटना को कम करने के उद्देष्य से बिना हेलमेट के/शराब का सेवन कर,तेज रफ्तार लापरवाही से वाहन नहीं चलाने, मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही करने तथा नशीली मादक पदार्थों के विरूद्ध जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के संबंध में निर्देष दिये गये। गृहभेदन/चोरी – लूट से संबंधित कांडों की समीक्षा की गई तथा इसकी रोक-थाम हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये। जमानत पर जेल से छूटे अपराधकर्मियों के संबंध में चर्चा की गई तथा इन पर लगातार निगरानी रखने हेतु निर्देश दिये गये। लंबित काण्डों से संबंधित आवेदन पत्रों की समीक्षा की गई तथा त्वरित निष्पादन के संबंध में निर्देश दिये गये। विभागीय कार्यवाही की अद्यतन स्थिति के साथ-साथ अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दुओं पर भी विस्तृत चर्चा की गई एवं ससमय निष्पादन हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये। क्षेत्र में नक्सल/अपराधियों के विरूद्ध आसूचना संकलन करने तथा अवैध खनन की रोक थाम हेतु विस्तृत चर्चा की गई एवं आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये। अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में स्थान एवं समय बदल-बदल कर एंटी क्राईम वाहन चेकिंग चलाने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये। विगत माह में जिन-जिन थाना प्रभारी – पदाधिकारियों का प्रदर्शन औसत से कम रहा उन्हें भविष्य के लिए चेतावनी दी गई तथा जिनका प्रदर्षन अच्छा रहा उन्हें प्रोत्साहित किया गया।
