जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में एफपीओ मॉडल से किसानों को मिला ज्ञान, भरोसा और अतिरिक्त आय

संरक्षित खेती ने बदली खेती की दिशा और किसानों की सोच

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, उन्हें आधुनिक तकनीक से जोड़ने और सुरक्षित खेती की ओर प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में किसान उत्पादक संगठन (FPO) के माध्यम से संरक्षित खेती (शेड नेट फार्मिंग) की पहल की गई है। यह पहल केवल एक कृषि परियोजना नहीं, बल्कि किसानों को शिक्षित, जागरूक और आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में एक सार्थक एवं ठोस प्रयास के रूप में सामने आई है।
इस पहल की शुरुआत पालकोट प्रखंड के तोरपा क्षेत्र में पालकोट कॉपरेटिव एफपीओ से जुड़े लक्षित किसान प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से हुई। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान किसानों को शेड नेट के अंतर्गत खेती की बुनियादी एवं व्यवहारिक जानकारी दी गई। इसमें फसल नियोजन, नर्सरी प्रबंधन, ग्राफ्टेड पौधों का उपयोग, नियंत्रित वातावरण में उन्नत फसल प्रबंधन तथा खुली खेती की तुलना में संरक्षित खेती के लाभों को सरल भाषा में समझाया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण से किसानों को यह स्पष्ट समझ विकसित हुई कि सीमित भूमि और संसाधनों में भी सुरक्षित, वैज्ञानिक एवं लाभकारी खेती संभव है।
प्रशिक्षण उपरांत किसानों ने शेड नेट संरचनाओं के अंतर्गत सब्जी उत्पादन की शुरुआत की। शिमला मिर्च, कैप्सिकम, फूलगोभी, फ्रेंच बीन्स, मटर एवं ग्राफ्टेड टमाटर जैसी फसलों की खेती निरंतर तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन के साथ की गई। संरक्षित वातावरण के कारण मौसम की अनिश्चितता, कीट प्रकोप एवं फसल क्षति में उल्लेखनीय कमी आई, जिससे उत्पादन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हुआ और पूरे वर्ष उपज में स्थिरता बनी रही।
आय सृजन के स्तर पर इस पहल का सकारात्मक प्रभाव स्पष्ट रूप से देखने को मिला। मात्र 4 डिसमिल क्षेत्र में शेड नेट खेती से किसानों को परंपरागत खेती की तुलना में ₹35,000 से ₹40,000 तक की अतिरिक्त आय प्राप्त हुई। बेहतर उत्पादन, गुणवत्तापूर्ण उपज और बाजार में उचित मूल्य मिलने से किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति में वास्तविक सुधार हुआ।

इस पूरे प्रयास में पालकोट कॉपरेटिव एफपीओ की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण रही। एफपीओ के माध्यम से किसानों को बीज, पौध, तकनीकी सहयोग, उत्पादन का एकत्रीकरण तथा बाजार से सीधा जुड़ाव उपलब्ध कराया गया। वर्तमान में इस एफपीओ से लगभग 3200 किसान जुड़े हुए हैं। वर्ष 2025 में मात्र 10 माह की अवधि में एफपीओ ने ₹80 लाख का टर्नओवर प्राप्त किया है। इसी अवधि में 84 मीट्रिक टन कृषि उत्पादों की मार्केटिंग की गई, जो रांची, जमशेदपुर, राउरकेला एवं अंबिकापुर जैसे चार प्रमुख शहरों तक पहुँची।
इस पहल के प्रोटोटाइप विकास एवं क्रियान्वयन में FPO-RC का सहयोग रहा, जबकि परिसंपत्ति सृजन हेतु Bank of America का समर्थन प्राप्त हुआ, जिससे किसानों को आवश्यक बुनियादी संरचनाएं सुलभ हो सकीं।
उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार किसानों के उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता, उत्पादन क्षमता एवं बाजार पहुंच को और सुदृढ़ करने हेतु JSLPS, उद्यान विभाग, कृषि विभाग, आत्मा एवं मनरेगा के माध्यम से विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ एफपीओ एवं इससे जुड़े किसानों को दिया गया है। साथ ही उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर प्रदान संस्था द्वारा किसानों को निरंतर मार्गदर्शन एवं तकनीकी सहयोग भी प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
आज इस पहल का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण परिणाम यह है कि किसान पहले से अधिक शिक्षित, जानकार और आत्मविश्वासी बने हैं। वे खेती को केवल आजीविका का साधन नहीं, बल्कि एक सतत और लाभकारी उद्यम के रूप में देखने लगे हैं। बढ़ी हुई आय से न केवल किसानों की आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत हुई है, बल्कि उनके परिवारों के भविष्य को लेकर भी एक नई आशा और विश्वास का संचार हुआ है।
