गुमला में ‘हेलमेट मैन ऑफ इंडिया’ का शंखनाद: पॉलीटेक्निक कॉलेज में सजी सुरक्षा की पाठशाला, पटेल चौक पर पहनाया ‘सुरक्षा का मुकुट’

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में सड़क सुरक्षा माह के संदेश को घर-घर पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से आज गुमला जिले में ‘हेलमेट मैन ऑफ इंडिया’ राघवेंद्र कुमार का भव्य आगमन हुआ। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आयोजित इस विशेष कार्यक्रम में राघवेंद्र कुमार ने न केवल अपने संघर्षों की कहानी साझा की, बल्कि गुमला को सड़क दुर्घटना मुक्त बनाने के लिए ‘हेलमेट बैंक’ जैसे क्रांतिकारी आइडिया भी दिए।

*प्रशासनिक अमले ने किया गर्मजोशी से स्वागत*

राजकीय पॉलीटेक्निक कॉलेज, गुमला में आयोजित मुख्य कार्यक्रम में उप विकास आयुक्त (DDC) दिलेश्वर महतो, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल, और पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (DSP) बीरेन्द्र टोप्पो ने राघवेंद्र कुमार का भव्य स्वागत किया। इस मौके पर मोटर यान निरीक्षक (MVI), जिला परिवहन कार्यालय के सभी कर्मी और प्रबुद्ध समाज सेवी दीपांकर जी एवं देबनाथ जी भी मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहे।

*75,000 हेलमेट का सफर: KBC से गुमला तक की गूँज*

विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए राघवेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि कैसे उन्होंने अपने एक मित्र को सड़क हादसे में खोने के बाद इस मिशन की शुरुआत की। उन्होंने अब तक 75,000 से अधिक हेलमेट नि:शुल्क दान किए हैं। उन्होंने ‘कौन बनेगा करोड़पति’ (KBC) में अमिताभ बच्चन और आमिर खान जैसे दिग्गजों के साथ साझा किए गए अपने अनुभवों को बताते हुए छात्रों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर दिया।

“भारत में हर साल 2 लाख मौतें सड़क हादसों में होती हैं, और यह अब बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। मेरा लक्ष्य केवल हेलमेट बांटना नहीं, बल्कि हर सिर को सुरक्षित करना है।”

‘हेलमेट बैंक’ का अनूठा आइडिया
पॉलीटेक्निक कॉलेज के छात्रों को प्रेरित करते हुए उन्होंने ‘हेलमेट बैंक’ बनाने का सुझाव दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षण संस्थानों और पंचायतों में ऐसे बैंक होने चाहिए जहाँ से जरूरतमंद हेलमेट ले सकें। उन्होंने एक नया नारा दिया:

*”हेलमेट लगाओ.. जान बचाओ, सीट बेल्ट लगाओ.. जान बचाओ!”*

माताओं और बच्चों से विशेष आग्रह
राघवेंद्र कुमार ने समाज की बुनियादी इकाई यानी ‘माँ’ को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि माताएं अपने बच्चों को बचपन से ही हेलमेट पहनने की शिक्षा दें। उन्होंने साइकिल चलाने वाले छोटे बच्चों से भी आग्रह किया कि वे आज से ही हेलमेट पहनना शुरू करें ताकि यह उनकी आदत बन जाए। उनका मंत्र स्पष्ट था: “सिर बचाओ, सुरक्षा पाओ।”

पटेल चौक पर हुआ हेलमेट वितरण
कॉलेज के कार्यक्रम के बाद राघवेंद्र कुमार जिला प्रशासन की टीम के साथ शहर के पटेल चौक पहुँचे। यहाँ उन्होंने बिना हेलमेट चल रहे बाइक सवारों को रोका और उन्हें चालान के बजाय अपने हाथों से हेलमेट भेंट किया। उन्होंने इसे ‘सुरक्षा का मुकुट’ बताते हुए लोगों को कसम दिलाई कि वे भविष्य में बिना हेलमेट घर से नहीं निकलेंगे।

गुमला प्रशासन और राघवेंद्र कुमार की इस जुगलबंदी ने आज पूरे जिले को एक सूत्र में पिरो दिया है— ‘सुरक्षा प्रथम’।
