रसोईया संयोजिका संघ की दो प्रखंडों में हुई बैठक, 18 फरवरी से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल की तैयारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में झारखंड प्रदेश विद्यालय रसोईया संयोजिका अध्यक्ष संघ की ओर से अपनी सात सूत्री मांगों को लेकर आंदोलन की तैयारी तेज कर दी गई है। इसी क्रम में घाघरा और बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में अलग-अलग बैठकें आयोजित की गईं, जिनमें 18 फरवरी 2026 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर जाने का निर्णय लिया गया।
घाघरा प्रखंड में आयोजित बैठक की अध्यक्षता संघ की जिलाध्यक्ष सह प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष देवकी देवी ने की, जबकि संचालन प्रखंड अध्यक्ष संध्या देवी ने किया। बैठक में रसोईया संयोजिकाओं ने सरकार की नीतियों पर नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा कि लगातार काम करने के बावजूद उन्हें सम्मानजनक मानदेय नहीं मिल रहा है। वक्ताओं ने कहा कि सरकार एक ओर बिना काम करने वालों को 2,500 रुपये दे रही है, वहीं दूसरी ओर दिनभर मेहनत करने वाली रसोईया संयोजिकाओं को मात्र 3,000 रुपये मानदेय दिया जा रहा है, जो अन्यायपूर्ण है।बैठक में यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि यदि सरकार उनकी सात सूत्री मांगों को समय रहते पूरा नहीं करती है, तो 18 फरवरी से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल शुरू की जाएगी। रसोईया संयोजिकाओं ने कहा कि हड़ताल के दौरान यदि विद्यालयों में बच्चों का मध्याह्न भोजन बंद होता है, तो इसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी सरकार की होगी। बैठक में विजय लक्ष्मी देवी, सारो किंडो सहित कई रसोईया संयोजिकाएं उपस्थित थीं।
इसी क्रम में बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में भी संघ की बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता ने की , जबकि संचालन प्रखंड सचिव अनिता उरांव ने किया। बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि 18 फरवरी 2026 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल को पूरी मजबूती के साथ सफल बनाया जाएगा और जब तक मांगें पूरी नहीं होतीं, आंदोलन जारी रहेगा।बैठक में आशा भगत, अनिता देवी सहित बड़ी संख्या में रसोईया संयोजिका अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य शामिल हुईं। वक्ताओं ने एक स्वर में कहा कि रसोईया संयोजिकाएं वर्षों से कम मानदेय में कार्य कर रही हैं और अब अपने हक व सम्मान के लिए सड़क पर उतरने को मजबूर हैं।
संघ ने सरकार से शीघ्र मांगों पर सकारात्मक निर्णय लेने की अपील की है, ताकि आंदोलन की स्थिति से बचा जा सके।
