गुमला में प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति लक्ष्य पूर्ति हेतु शेष बच्चों के पंजीकरण को लेकर सख्ती

कक्षा 1 से 10 तक कोई भी पात्र विद्यार्थी छात्रवृत्ति से वंचित न रहे

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में , प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना (2025–26) अंतर्गत गुमला जिला में शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से जिला प्रशासन ने सख्त कदम उठाए हैं। झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला द्वारा जारी निर्देशों में लंबित कार्यों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर पूर्ण कराने को कहा गया है। जिले में छात्रवृत्ति हेतु कुल लक्ष्य 1,14,498 विद्यार्थियों का निर्धारित है, जिसमें से अब तक 1,03,892 बच्चों का पंजीकरण ई-कल्याण पोर्टल पर किया जा चुका है। अभी भी 10,606 बच्चों का पंजीकरण शेष है, जिसे प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी-सह-जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार यह सुनिश्चित किया जाना है कि कक्षा 1 से 10 तक का कोई भी योग्य विद्यार्थी छात्रवृत्ति के लाभ से वंचित न रहे। इसके लिए विद्यालय, संकुल एवं प्रखंड स्तर पर साप्ताहिक समीक्षा अनिवार्य की गई है।

पत्र के अनुसार जिले के 1,531 पंजीकृत विद्यालयों में से 1,516 विद्यालयों द्वारा पोर्टल पर कार्य आरंभ कर दिया गया है। शेष विद्यालयों से कार्य शुरू कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं तथा जिन पंजीकृत बच्चों का अंतर विद्यालय स्तर से सत्यापन पूर्ण नहीं किया गया है उनके नियमानुसार सत्यापन कार्य पूरा करने को कहा गया है ।

डेटा विश्लेषण में पाया गया है कि कुल 31 विद्यालयों में पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 50 से 100 विद्यार्थियों के पंजीकरण की कमी आई है जबकि 160 विद्यालयों में 20 से 50 विद्यार्थियों के पंजीकरण की कमी चिन्हित की गई है। पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 100 से अधिक अंतर वाले 17 विद्यालयों की विशेष पहचान कर तत्काल कार्य पूर्णता के साथ प्रखंड स्तर से स्पष्टीकरण पूछने के भी निर्देश दिए गए हैं ।

इन स्थितियों को देखते हुए सभी प्रखंडों के बीईओ, बीपीओ, बीआरपी, सीआरपी एवं एमआईएस समन्वयकों के साथ-साथ चिन्हित विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों को पत्र जारी कर निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे विशेष फोकस करते हुए छात्रवृत्ति पंजीकरण का शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य पूर्ण कराएँ। साथ ही इस योजना के कल्याण विभाग से संबंधित होने के कारण जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी से भी इसके प्रखंड स्तर पर कल्याण पदाधिकारियों के स्तर से अनुश्रवण कर लक्ष्य पूर्ति हेतु अनुरोध किया गया है।

उपायुक्त के निर्देश है कि किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही या कार्य में उदासीनता पाए जाने पर संबंधित विद्यालय, संकुल अथवा प्रखंड स्तर पर व्यक्तिगत जवाबदेही तय की जाएगी।
