स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह की अध्यक्षता में आज राज्य में संचालित सभी सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस में बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी तथा पीएमश्री विद्यालयों में बजटीय गतिविधियों के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में राज्य परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन, प्रशासी पदाधिकारी श्री सचिदानंद द्वि. तिग्गा, राज्य पीएमयू सेल के पदाधिकारी, सभी जिलों के जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, सहायक जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, सहायक एवं कनीय अभियंता, सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के प्रधानाचार्य एवं विद्यालय प्रबंधक उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक के दौरान सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह ने आगामी सीबीएसई बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारियों की गहन समीक्षा की। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि छात्रों की परीक्षा तैयारी इस प्रकार कराई जाए कि वे पूर्ण आत्मविश्वास के साथ परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हों। सचिव महोदय ने लक्ष्य निर्धारित करते हुए कहा कि एक भी बच्चा बोर्ड परीक्षा में अनुत्तीर्ण न हो, इसके लिए सभी सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस में निरंतर और प्रभावी रेमिडियल कक्षाएं संचालित की जाएं। उन्होंने विद्यालय प्रबंधन को ‘इनोवेटिव एप्रोच’ अपनाने पर विशेष जोर देते हुए कहा कि जिन विद्यालयों का परीक्षा परिणाम शत-प्रतिशत रहेगा, उनके प्रधानाचार्यों एवं शिक्षकों को राज्यस्तरीय कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर सम्मानित किया जाएगा। सचिव ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी सीबीएसई के निर्धारित मानदंडों के अनुरूप ही होनी चाहिए, इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। विभागीय समीक्षा के दौरान सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह ने सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि 17 फरवरी से पूर्व सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस का कोई भी शिक्षक गैर-शैक्षणिक कार्यों में संलग्न नहीं होगा।

पीएमश्री विद्यालयों का भ्रमण करेगी टीम, खूंटी के DEO और ADPO को शोकॉज

बैठक में सचिव महोदय ने सभी जिलों के जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे राज्य के 363 पीएमश्री विद्यालयों की संतृप्ति हेतु निर्धारित 21 संकेतकों का अनिवार्य रूप से स्थलीय निरीक्षण करें। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि एक सप्ताह के भीतर राज्यस्तरीय टीम के द्वारा भी पीएमश्री विद्यालयों का भ्रमण किया जाएगा। सचिव ने बताया कि फरवरी के अंतिम सप्ताह अथवा मार्च माह में केंद्रीय टीम द्वारा पीएमश्री विद्यालयों का निरीक्षण प्रस्तावित है। बैठक में यह भी अवगत कराया गया कि झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा पीएमश्री विद्यालयों में संचालित 181 गतिविधियों के प्रभावी अनुपालन हेतु प्रधानाचार्यों को विशेष प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया है।

इस पर सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह ने सभी पीएमश्री विद्यालयों को निर्देश दिया कि वे दिनांक 28 फरवरी, 2026 तक 21 संकेतकों के अनुपालन में न्यूनतम 75 प्रतिशत से अधिक स्कोर सुनिश्चित करें। पीएमश्री विद्यालयों में बजटीय गतिविधियों के क्रियान्वयन में लापरवाही को गंभीरता से लेते हुए सचिव ने खूंटी जिले के जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी एवं सहायक जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी को स्पष्टीकरण जारी करने का निर्देश दिया।
