गुमला : – गुमला सिविल सर्जन डॉक्टर शंभू नाथ चौधरी ने अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित कर बताया की गुमला जिला में आगामी एमडीए राउंड (10 से 25 फरवरी 2026 ) को सफल बनाने के उद्देश्य से फाइलेरिया उन्मूलन के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने में प्रभावी सिद्ध हो रहा है। 10 फरवरी 2026 को उक्त कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित स्वयं करेंगी सिविल सर्जन गुमला डॉ. शंभू नाथ चौधरी बताया की फाइलेरिया मुक्ति अभियान *एमडीए* करें चुनाव, मलेरिया का बचाव,,,,, फाइलेरिया क्या है,,,?? फइलेरिया मादा क्यूलेक्स मच्छर के काटने से होने वाला एक संक्रमक रोग हैं, जिसे सामान्यत: हाथीपाँव के नाम से जाना जाता है, फइलेरिया कैसे फैलता हैं??,, गंदगी में मच्छर पनपते हैं, और संक्रमित मच्छर स्वस्थ्य व्यक्ति को काटकर संक्रांमित कर देते हैं, संक्रमित व्यक्तियों को *हाँथीपाँव व हाइड्रोसील का खतरा रहता हैं, और संक्रमित व्यक्ति को काटकर मच्छर भी संक्रमित हो जाते हैं, फाइलेरिया की दवा कैसे काम करती हैं,,??* उक्त दवा फाइलेरिया के परजीवियों को मार देती हैं, मरते हुए परजीवियों के प्रतिक्रिया स्वरुप कभी कभी सर दर्द, शरीर में दर्द, उल्टी तथा बदन पर चकत्ते जैसी मामूली प्रतिक्रियायें देखने को मिलती है, जिससे बिलकुल घबरायें नहीं, आमतौर पर ये लक्षण स्वतः ही ठीक हो जाते हैं, *फाइलेरिया के लक्षण* सामान्यत: कोई लक्षण दिखाई नहीं दिखाई नहीं देतें हैं, बुखार हाँथ पैर में दर्द या सूजन तथा पुरूषों के जननांग में व उसके आसपास दर्द या हाइड्रोसिल ( अन्डकोशों का सूजन ), अतः सभी लोग उक्त फाइलेरिया भगाने का दवा *एमडीए* की खुराक अवश्य खाना हैं और 2027 तक फाइलेरिया अवश्य भगाना हैं,,,,, स्वास्थ्य विभाग का मुख्य उद्देश्य *फाइलेरिया उन्मूलन भारत देश
