PAHAL परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन हेतु MoU पर हस्ताक्षर

गुमला : –गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार गुमला जिले में NITI Aayog द्वारा पोषित “पाथ टू एडवांसमेंट एंड होलिस्टिक एक्शन फॉर लाइवलीहुड इन औरापाठ (PAHAL)” परियोजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए सहमति पत्र (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। इस महत्वाकांक्षी पहल का उद्देश्य विशेष रूप से PVTG समुदाय तथा अन्य कमजोर और वंचित परिवारों की सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थिति में स्थायी एवं सकारात्मक सुधार लाना है।
उक्त सहमति पत्र के अंतर्गत जिला प्रशासन, गुमला, लघु सिंचाई विभाग, गुमला, ISDG Research Foundation तथा PRADAN तकनीकी सहयोग एजेंसी के रूप में परस्पर समन्वय के साथ कार्य करेंगे। PAHAL परियोजना के माध्यम से टिकाऊ सिंचाई एवं प्राकृतिक संसाधनों पर आधारित संरचनाओं का विकास किया जाएगा, साथ ही MGNREGA एवं कृषि से जुड़े विभागों के साथ अभिसरण के माध्यम से आजीविका के अवसरों को सुदृढ़ किया जाएगा। इस परियोजना में महिलाओं के स्वयं सहायता समूहों एवं सामुदायिक संस्थाओं को सशक्त बनाने, PVTG परिवारों के लिए आजीविका के विविध स्रोत विकसित करने तथा उनकी आय में वृद्धि सुनिश्चित करने पर विशेष बल दिया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, सामुदायिक कार्यकर्ताओं एवं पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों के क्षमता निर्माण हेतु प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम भी संचालित किए जाएंगे।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार, कार्यपालक अभियंता MI, प्रदान संस्था के मेराज कुमार सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
