झारखण्ड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद की पहल, छात्रों को मिलेगा वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों का मार्दर्शन

राज्य में संचालित सीएम स्कूल ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस में बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026 की तैयारी कर रहे कक्षा 10वीं एवं 12वीं के विद्यार्थियों को मानसिक रूप से सशक्त और आत्मविश्वासी बनाने के उद्देश्य से झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा “HOW’S THE JOSH!! – Unlock Your Potential: Excel in Boards and Beyond” शीर्षक से एक विशेष ऑनलाइन मोटिवेशनल कार्यक्रम का आयोजन दिनांक 11 फरवरी 2026 को किया जाएगा। यह डेढ़ घंटे का ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम राज्य के सभी 80 सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस (SoEs) सहित अन्य विद्यालयों के विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों के लिए आयोजित किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य बोर्ड परीक्षा से पहले छात्रों में आत्मविश्वास जगाना, परीक्षा से जुड़े तनाव को कम करना तथा प्रभावी तैयारी के लिए व्यावहारिक रणनीतियाँ साझा करना है।

कार्यक्रम में श्री उमाशंकर सिंह, आईएएस, सचिव, स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग, श्री शशि रंजन, आईएएस, राज्य परियोजना निदेशक, JEPC तथा श्री एस.द्वि. तिग्गा, प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारी, JEPC द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरणादायी मार्गदर्शन दिया जाएगा। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों का मार्गदर्शन छात्रों को सकारात्मक सोच के साथ परीक्षा की तैयारी करने की दिशा में प्रेरित करेगा। कार्यक्रम के दौरान आत्मविश्वास एवं आत्मअनुशासन, लक्ष्य निर्धारण, समय प्रबंधन, परीक्षा तनाव एवं चिंता से निपटने के उपाय, माइंडफुलनेस तथा स्वस्थ जीवनशैली जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विशेषज्ञ वक्ताओं द्वारा मार्गदर्शन दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही छात्रों को नियमित अभ्यास, निरंतरता और सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण अपनाने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया जाएगा।

झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि यह प्रयास विद्यार्थियों के केवल शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन ही नहीं, बल्कि उनके मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और समग्र व्यक्तित्व विकास को भी सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। ‘HOW’S THE JOSH!!’ कार्यक्रम विद्यार्थियों को आत्मविश्वास, सकारात्मक सोच और जीवन के प्रति संतुलित दृष्टिकोण प्रदान करेगा, जो उन्हें परीक्षा ही नहीं, बल्कि भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए भी तैयार करेगा।
