पांच दिवसीय कार्य सप्ताह की मांग को लेकर बैंककर्मियों की हड़ताल,सरकार कर रही है सौतेला व्यवहार

पांच दिवसीय कार्य सप्ताह लागू करने की मांग को लेकर आज हजारीबाग जिले के सभी बैंकों के कर्मचारियों ने हड़ताल की और रैली निकालकर सरकार से अपनी मांग रखी। बैंककर्मियों ने बताया कि यह हड़ताल केवल हजारीबाग तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि पूरे देश में बैंक कर्मचारी एकजुट होकर आंदोलन कर रहे हैं।
कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि अन्य क्षेत्रों की तरह, जैसे एलआईसी में पहले से ही पांच दिवसीय कार्य व्यवस्था लागू है, उसी तर्ज पर बैंकों में भी पांच दिवसीय कार्य प्रणाली लागू की जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने बताया कि बैंकिंग सेक्टर में काम का दबाव अत्यधिक है, जिसके कारण आए दिन ऐसी खबरें सुनने को मिलती हैं कि किसी बैंक कर्मचारी ने काम के तनाव में आत्मघाती कदम उठा लिया। यह स्थिति गंभीर चिंता का विषय है।
बैंककर्मियों ने यह भी कहा कि आज की हड़ताल में शामिल सभी कर्मचारियों की एक दिन की सैलरी कटेगी, इसके बावजूद वे आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने आम जनता को हो रही परेशानी को लेकर खेद जताते हुए कहा कि बैंक बंद रहने के कारण खासकर ग्रामीण इलाकों के लोगों को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा होगा। विशेष रूप से वे बुजुर्ग महिलाएं जो डिजिटल सेवाओं का उपयोग नहीं करतीं, उन्हें बैंक आकर वापस लौटना पड़ा होगा।
कर्मचारियों ने सरकार से मांग की कि उनकी मांगों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए पांच दिवसीय कार्य सप्ताह को जल्द लागू किया जाए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि सरकार ने इस दिशा में कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया तो आंदोलन को और व्यापक किया जाएगा। कर्मचारियों ने कहा, “यह अभी ट्रेलर है, पूरी फिल्म बाकी है।”
यह रैली बैंक ऑफ इंडिया जोनल ऑफिस, हजारीबाग से शुरू होकर एसबीआई मेन शाखा, इंद्रपुरी चौक बाजार होते हुए वापस बैंक ऑफ इंडिया जोनल ऑफिस पहुंचकर संपन्न हुई। अमर कुमार,बिंदेश्वर प्रसाद,राजेश कुमार,मनीष बर्नवाल,सौरभ कुमार,गौतम कुमार केशरी,किशोर कुमार,शिव कुमार,शेखर प्रसाद,ओम प्रकाश नारायण सिंह,कीर्ति कुमार,मधु मिश्रा,रचना कुमारी,आकांछा कुमारी , कृति कुमारी ,उत्तम कुमार ,विनीत कुमार _संतोष पांडे ,कुंदन कुमार ,अभिषेक सिन्हा ,अजीत चौहान ,मुश्ताक ,आकाश बरला ,जॉनसन बरवा ,किशोर वाल्मीकि ,विजय राणा ,विकास वाल्मीकि और भी कई बैंकों के कर्मचारी लोग शामिल थे।
