करौंदी में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का सघन निरीक्षण, विद्यार्थियों को किया गया जागरूक

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में, खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी के नेतृत्व में आज करौंदी क्षेत्र में सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया। यह कार्रवाई मीट – मांस कारोबारियों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम,2006 और विनिमय, 2011 के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप संचालन सुनिश्चित कराने के उद्देश्य से की गई। निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई, स्वच्छ वातावरण बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

इसके पश्चात भारतीय खाद्य निगम (FCI), करौंदी का निरीक्षण कर FSSAI लाइसेंस, भंडारण व्यवस्था तथा गुणवत्ता से संबंधित अभिलेखों की जांच की गई। अधिकारियों को भंडारित खाद्यान्न की नियमित निगरानी, नमी एवं कीट नियंत्रण तथा स्वच्छ परिसर बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

इसी क्रम में राजकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय, गुमला मुख्यालय में विद्यार्थियों के बीच खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से एक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। विद्यार्थियों को खाद्य पदार्थ खरीदते समय FSSAI लाइसेंस, निर्माण तिथि, समाप्ति तिथि एवं पैकेजिंग की स्थिति जांचने की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही अखाद्य रंगों के दुष्प्रभावों, फोर्टीफाइड फूड के महत्व एवं सुरक्षित भोजन की पहचान के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक बताया गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान ‘ईट राइट स्कूल अभियान के अंतर्गत “आज से थोड़ा कम तेल, चीनी और नमक” संदेश के माध्यम से संतुलित आहार अपनाने की प्रेरणा दी गई। छात्र-छात्राओं को जंक फूड, अत्यधिक मीठे पेय पदार्थ एवं तले-भुने खाद्य पदार्थों से दूरी बनाए रखने की सलाह दी गई।

इसके अलावा विद्यार्थियों को भोजन की बर्बादी न करने, हाथ धोकर भोजन करने, स्वच्छ एवं सुरक्षित भोजन ग्रहण करने तथा स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। साथ ही तंबाकू एवं तंबाकू उत्पादों से होने वाले दुष्प्रभावों की जानकारी देते हुए तंबाकू से दूर रहने की अपील की गई।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विद्यालय में संचालित मध्यान्ह भोजन (मिड-डे मील) का भी निरीक्षण किया गया साथ ही चावल का सैंपल लेकर लेब भेजा गया। निरीक्षण क्रम में रसोइयों एवं सहायकों को साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने, एप्रन एवं हेडगियर पहनने, स्वच्छ पानी के उपयोग तथा रसोईघर को कीट-मुक्त रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।
