“सशक्त मतदाता – सुदृढ़ लोकतंत्र” : नगर पालिका आम निर्वाचन 2026 हेतु मतदाता पर्ची का घर-घर वितरण जारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में नगर पालिका आम निर्वाचन 2026 के सफल एवं शांतिपूर्ण संचालन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आवश्यक तैयारियाँ की जा रही हैं। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त, प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले के नगर परिषद क्षेत्र अंतर्गत मतदाता पर्ची का घर-घर वितरण कार्य जारी है।
निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों के आलोक में बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर (BLO) द्वारा अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में मतदाताओं के घरों तक पहुँचकर मतदाता पर्ची का वितरण किया जा रहा है। इस पर्ची के माध्यम से मतदाताओं को उनके वार्ड संख्या, क्रमांक संख्या (Serial Number) एवं संबंधित मतदान केंद्र (बूथ) की स्पष्ट जानकारी प्राप्त हो सकेगी।
जिला प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि प्रत्येक मतदाता को मतदान से पूर्व अपने मतदान केंद्र एवं आवश्यक विवरण की जानकारी सुलभ रूप से उपलब्ध हो, ताकि मतदान दिवस के दिन किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो।
जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने सभी मतदाताओं से अपील की है कि वे मतदाता पर्ची प्राप्त करने के पश्चात उसमें अंकित विवरण का अवलोकन करें तथा किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि होने पर संबंधित BLO या निर्वाचक निबंधन कार्यालय से संपर्क करें।
नगर पालिका आम निर्वाचन 2026 के अंतर्गत प्रशासन द्वारा निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी एवं शांतिपूर्ण चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएँ की जा रही हैं।सभी नागरिकों से अपील है कि लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लें एवं निर्धारित तिथि को अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करें।

मतदाता परिचय-पत्र के अलावा 12 वैकल्पिक फोटोयुक्त दस्तावेजों में से कोई भी एक दस्तावेज दिखाकर मतदाता कर सकेंगे मतदान

राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के परिप्रेक्ष्य में नगर निकाय चुनाव हेतु मतदान के लिए मतदाता पहचान पत्र नहीं होने की दशा में ई-मतदाता परिचय पत्र आयोग की वेबसाइट https://voters.eci.gov.in/k से डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है, जिसे लेकर मतदान किये जाने की सुविधा प्रदान की गई है। इसके अतिरिक्त 12 प्रकार के वैकल्पिक दस्तावेजों के माध्यम से भी मतदाता अपने मत का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। ज्ञात हो कि नगर निकाय चुनाव 2026 में मतदाता की पहचान के लिये आयोग द्वारा जारी मतदाता का फोटो युक्त परिचय पत्र के साथ-साथ जो 12 अन्य दस्तावेजों को मान्य किया गया है, उनमें ई-मतदाता परिचय पत्र, आधार कार्ड, मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड, बैंक, पोस्ट ऑफिस की फोटो सहित पासबुक, श्रम मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत जारी स्वास्थ्य बीमा स्मार्ट कार्ड, ड्रायविंग लायसेंस, पेन कार्ड, एनपीआर के अंतर्गत आरजीआई द्वारा जारी किए गए स्मार्ट कार्ड, भारतीय पासपोर्ट, फोटोग्राफ सहित पेंशन दस्तावेज, केंद्र शासन/राज्य शासन/लोक उपक्रम और पब्लिक लिमिटेड कंपनी द्वारा अपने कर्मचारियों को जारी किए गऐ फोटोयुक्त सेवा पहचान पत्र, सांसदों/ विधायकों/ विधान परिषद सदस्यों को जारी किए गए सरकारी पहचान पत्र और यूनिक डिसएबिलिटी आईडी (यूडीआईडी) कार्ड, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय भारत सरकार में से कोई भी एक दस्तावेज दिखाकर मतदान कर सकता है।
