इंटीग्रेटेड फार्मिंग से बदली किस्मत: गुमला के किसान संतोष की सफलता की प्रेरणादायक कहानी

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के कोयनारा गांव में एक ऐसा उदाहरण सामने आया है, जो यह साबित करता है कि इच्छाशक्ति, तकनीकी ज्ञान और सरकारी योजनाओं के प्रभावी उपयोग से खेती को समृद्धि का सशक्त माध्यम बनाया जा सकता है। प्रगतिशील किसान संतोष ने अपने खेत में इंटीग्रेटेड फार्मिंग सिस्टम (IFS) अपनाकर एक सफल और अनुकरणीय मॉडल स्थापित किया है।

जिला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ऐसे किसानों को जिले के लिए प्रेरणादायक मॉडल मानती हैं और अन्य किसानों को भी इससे सीख लेने की सलाह देती हैं।

ड्रिप इरिगेशन और आधुनिक तकनीक से बढ़ा उत्पादन

संतोष की खेती आधुनिक तकनीकों पर आधारित है। वे ड्रिप इरिगेशन प्रणाली से स्ट्रॉबेरी की खेती कर रहे हैं, जिससे जल संरक्षण के साथ उच्च गुणवत्ता का उत्पादन हो रहा है।

इसके अलावा ग्राफ्टेड टमाटर और ग्राफ्टेड बैंगन की खेती से फसलों की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ी है और उत्पादन में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है। वहीं संरक्षित एवं कीट-रहित वातावरण में शिमला मिर्च की खेती उनके नवाचार और वैज्ञानिक सोच को दर्शाती है।

इन प्रयासों से “Better Production” यानी बेहतर उत्पादन का लक्ष्य साकार होता दिख रहा है। संतोष द्वारा की जा रही स्ट्रॉबेरी की खेती आज पूरे गुमला जिले में चर्चा का विषय बनी हुई है।

सरकारी योजनाओं से मिली नई दिशा

संतोष बताते हैं कि कुछ समय पहले तक वे काम के अभाव में भटक रहे थे। इसी दौरान जिला उद्यान विभाग के तकनीकी पदाधिकारी दीपक कुमार सिंह के संपर्क में आने के बाद उन्होंने अपनी बेकार पड़ी जमीन पर खेती करने की योजना बनाई।

इसके बाद उन्हें उद्यान विभाग, भूमि संरक्षण विभाग और जिला कृषि विभाग का सहयोग मिला। आज इस प्रयास का परिणाम यह है कि न केवल संतोष के परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार हुआ है, बल्कि उनके खेत में गांव की आधा दर्जन महिलाओं को भी रोजगार मिला है। संतोष की पत्नी भी इस कार्य में उनका पूरा सहयोग कर रही हैं।

प्रशासन ने की पहल की सराहना

जिला मुख्यालय से सटे कोयनारा गांव में संतोष द्वारा सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठाकर खेती में किए गए सकारात्मक बदलाव ने ग्रामीणों के साथ-साथ प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को भी प्रभावित किया है।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रही है। सरकार और जिला प्रशासन की योजनाओं का उद्देश्य किसानों को सशक्त बनाना, उनकी आय बढ़ाना तथा उनके आजीविका स्तर में सुधार लाना है।

उन्होंने कहा कि संतोष जैसे किसानों की मेहनत और सकारात्मक पहल इन योजनाओं की सफलता का प्रमाण है। उपायुक्त ने जिले के अन्य किसानों से भी अपील की कि वे आगे आकर सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ लें और अपनी खेती को आधुनिक तकनीक से जोड़ें।

उपायुक्त ने किसानों से आग्रह किया कि वे अपनी आवश्यकताओं एवं सहयोग से संबंधित सुझावों के लिए जिला प्रशासन एवं संबंधित विभागों से संपर्क करें, ताकि उनकी जरूरत के अनुसार उन्हें बेहतर तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन एवं सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।

खेती के साथ मत्स्य, मुर्गी और बकरी पालन

जिला उद्यान विभाग के तकनीकी पदाधिकारी के अनुसार यह सफलता विभागीय योजनाओं के प्रति किसान की ईमानदार मेहनत का परिणाम है।

वहीं जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी सह भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी आशीष प्रताप ने बताया कि इंटीग्रेटेड फार्मिंग सिस्टम के तहत भूमि संरक्षण योजना से बने परकोलेशन टैंक (तालाब) में मत्स्य पालन किया जा रहा है, जिससे अतिरिक्त आय का स्रोत विकसित हुआ है।

इसके साथ ही खेती के साथ मुर्गी पालन और बकरी पालन को भी जोड़ा गया है। इस विविधीकृत उत्पादन प्रणाली से परिवार को पौष्टिक आहार भी मिल रहा है, जो “Better Nutrition” यानी बेहतर पोषण की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

पर्यावरण संरक्षण में भी दे रहा योगदान

संतोष की खेती पर्यावरण के प्रति भी संवेदनशील है। ड्रिप इरिगेशन से जल की बचत हो रही है, तालाब के माध्यम से भू-जल पुनर्भरण हो रहा है तथा जैविक एवं संतुलित पोषण प्रबंधन से भूमि की उर्वरता में भी सुधार हो रहा है।

संतोष का यह मॉडल अब जिले के अन्य किसानों के लिए भी प्रेरणा बन रहा है और यह संदेश दे रहा है कि आधुनिक तकनीक, सरकारी योजनाओं और मेहनत के समन्वय से खेती को लाभकारी व्यवसाय में बदला जा सकता है।
