तेनुघाट उपकारा में जेल अदालत सह कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर, बंदियों के लिए लगा मेडिकल कैंप

गोमिया तेनुघाट स्थित उपकारा में रविवार को जेल अदालत सह कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर के साथ मेडिकल कैंप का आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में व्यवहार न्यायालय तेनुघाट के प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी राज कुमार पांडेय ने बंदियों को कानून संबंधी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां दीं।
उन्होंने बीएनएनएसएस के प्रावधानों की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि बंदियों के मामलों का निष्पादन न्यायालय द्वारा किस प्रकार किया जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि कानून सभी के लिए समान है, चाहे वह अमीर हो या गरीब। इसलिए सभी लोगों को कानून के दायरे में रहकर ही कार्य करना चाहिए, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की गलत गतिविधि से बचा जा सके। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने बंदियों को आगामी ईद और रामनवमी पर्व की शुभकामनाएं भी दीं।
शिविर के दौरान उन्होंने बताया कि जेल में समय-समय पर पीएलवी (पैरा लीगल वॉलंटियर) आते हैं, जिनसे बंदी अपनी समस्याएं साझा कर सकते हैं। यदि किसी बंदी को किसी प्रकार की कानूनी समस्या है तो पीएलवी उसकी जानकारी लेकर न्यायालय तक पहुंचाते हैं, जिससे समस्या का समाधान संभव हो पाता है।
वहीं अनुमंडलीय अस्पताल तेनुघाट के चिकित्सा प्रभारी डॉ. शंभू कुमार ने बंदियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि कई मामलों में जमानत मिलने के बाद भी लोग न्यायालय में उपस्थित नहीं होते हैं, जिससे उनके खिलाफ पुनः वारंट जारी हो जाता है और उन्हें फिर से जेल जाना पड़ता है। इसलिए सभी को अपने अधिवक्ता से संपर्क में रहकर अपने मुकदमे की जानकारी लेते रहना चाहिए।
पैनल अधिवक्ता राकेश कुमार ने कहा कि जब भी पैनल अधिवक्ता और पीएलवी जेल में आते हैं तो बंदियों को उनसे अपने न्यायालय में लंबित मामलों की जानकारी अवश्य लेनी चाहिए, ताकि उन्हें समय पर उचित कानूनी सहायता मिल सके।
कार्यक्रम में स्वागत भाषण एवं मंच संचालन कर रहे अधिवक्ता सुभाष कटरियार ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा जेल प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि जेल में रह रहे बंदियों को सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं और उन्हें उचित देखभाल मिले।
अंत में जेलर नीरज कुमार ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन करते हुए बताया कि उपकारा में प्रतिमाह जेल अदालत सह कानूनी जागरूकता शिविर के साथ मेडिकल कैंप का आयोजन किया जाता है, ताकि बंदियों को कानूनी जानकारी के साथ-साथक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का भी लाभ मिल सके।
इस अवसर पर संजय कुमार मंडल, इस्तियाक अंसारी, विजय कुमार, मदन प्रजापति सहित जेल कर्मी मौजूद थे।
