गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को जल जीवन मिशन अंतर्गत पेयजल आपूर्ति योजनाओं की प्रगति एवं लंबित कार्यों की समीक्षा को लेकर एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में जिले में संचालित पेयजलापूर्ति योजनाओं के विलंबित कार्यों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। इस दौरान संबंधित कार्यकारी एजेंसियों की कार्यशैली, कार्य में हो रहे विलंब के कारणों एवं जमीनी स्तर पर आ रही समस्याओं पर गहन चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सभी बाधाओं का त्वरित समाधान करते हुए कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए।
जिला पंचायती राज एवं पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल द्वारा किए गए सर्वेक्षण के आधार पर बताया गया कि जिले में लगभग 2,600 जलमीनार खराब हैं, जिन्हें शीघ्र दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश दिए गए। वहीं लगभग 2,600 चापाकल भी खराब पाए गए, जिनकी मरम्मत प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।
उपायुक्त ने बैठक के दौरान विभिन्न कार्यकारी एजेंसियों से सीधे संवाद कर कार्यों में हो रही देरी के कारणों की जानकारी ली। समीक्षा में यह भी सामने आया कि कुछ क्षेत्रों में भूमि संबंधी समस्याओं एवं विद्युत आपूर्ति से जुड़ी बाधाओं के कारण कार्य प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। इन समस्याओं के त्वरित निराकरण हेतु संबंधित विभागों को समन्वय स्थापित कर शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
उपायुक्त ने विशेष रूप से निर्देश दिया कि गर्मी के मौसम को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि जिले के किसी भी क्षेत्र में पेयजल आपूर्ति बाधित न हो। सभी खराब जल स्रोतों की मरम्मत प्राथमिकता के आधार पर करते हुए आम नागरिकों को निर्बाध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि सभी लंबित मामलों का निष्पादन करते हुए एक सप्ताह के भीतर अद्यतन प्रगति प्रतिवेदन उपलब्ध कराया जाए। साथ ही विद्युत एवं भूमि से संबंधित प्रमुख समस्याओं का अविलंब समाधान कर कार्यों में तेजी लाने पर विशेष बल दिया गया।
बैठक में जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियंता, पीएचईडी , विभिन्न कार्यकारी एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधि सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
