जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस बना नन्हे शिवांश के जीवन में नई रोशनी का माध्यम

उपर्युक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित के सहयोग से बच्चे की आंखों में आई रोशनी, मां ने आभार व्यक्त किया

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के माध्यम से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा न केवल समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा रहा है, बल्कि जरूरतमंदों के जीवन में नई उम्मीद भी जगाई जा रही है। इसका एक भावुक उदाहरण आज उस समय देखने को मिला, जब पूनम देवी अपने 13 माह के पुत्र शिवांश साहू के साथ उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित से मिलने पहुंचीं और उन्होंने भावुक होकर आभार व्यक्त किया।
पूनम देवी ने बताया कि उनके पुत्र शिवांश का जन्म समय से पूर्व (लगभग 6 माह में) हो गया था, जिसके कारण उसके आंखों के रेटीना में गंभीर समस्या उत्पन्न हो गई थी और वह देखने में असमर्थ था। बच्चे के इलाज के लिए वे चेन्नई तक गईं, जहां काफी आर्थिक खर्च के बावजूद भी समुचित उपचार संभव नहीं हो पाया। इस स्थिति में परिवार अत्यंत निराश और परेशान था।
उन्होंने बताया कि एक परिचित के सुझाव पर वे जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में अपनी समस्या लेकर उपायुक्त गुमला से मिलीं। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए तत्काल पहल की और अगले ही दिन बच्चे के इलाज की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कराई।

उपायुक्त के सहयोग से रांची स्थित IRIS अस्पताल में बच्चे का समुचित उपचार प्रारंभ हुआ। बच्चे के दोनों आंखों के रेटीना का पहला ऑपरेशन 14 अक्टूबर 2025 को तथा दूसरा ऑपरेशन दिसंबर माह में सफलतापूर्वक किया गया। ऑपरेशन के पश्चात अब बच्चा रोशनी को पहचानने लगा है, जो परिवार के लिए किसी चमत्कार से कम नहीं है।
पूनम देवी ने बताया कि पूरे उपचार में लगभग 1.5 लाख रुपये का खर्च आया, जिसमें उपायुक्त द्वारा सहयोग मिलने से उन्हें आर्थिक चिंता नहीं करनी पड़ी। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि समय पर सहायता नहीं मिलती, तो उनके बच्चे का भविष्य अंधकारमय हो सकता था।
आज पुनः जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त से मुलाकात के दौरान पूनम देवी भावुक हो उठीं और उन्होंने उपायुक्त के प्रति हृदय से आभार व्यक्त किया।
उपायुक्त ने भी परिवार को आश्वस्त किया कि बच्चे के आगामी लेंस ऑपरेशन सहित सभी आवश्यक उपचार की व्यवस्था कराई जाएगी तथा उन्हें किसी प्रकार की चिंता करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

यह पहल दर्शाती है कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस केवल समस्याओं के समाधान का मंच नहीं, बल्कि जरूरतमंदों के जीवन में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाने का सशक्त माध्यम बन रहा है।
