जल अर्पण दिवस समारोह का हुआ आयोजन – उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो द्वारा कार्यक्रम का किया गया शुभारम्भ

गुमला : – गुमला जिलान्तर्गत “जल महोत्सव पखवाड़ा” (08 मार्च 2026 से 22 मार्च 2026 तक) के तहत जिला स्तरीय जल अर्पण दिवस समारोह का आयोजन किया गया।जिसका शुभारंभ उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, प्रखंड प्रमुख , जिला परिषद सदस्य, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी भरनो,मुखिया एवं कार्यपालक अभियंता पीएचईडी सहित अन्य के द्वारा जिले के भरनो प्रखंड अंतर्गत डूडीया पंचायत के दतिया ग्राम में किया गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा जल रक्षा सूत्र बांधा गया एवं जलसहिया को जल जांच किट से जल जांच हेतु निर्देश दिए साथ ही जल बंधन के तहत जल शपथ ग्रहण कराया गया। वहीं इस अवसर पर ग्रामीणो एवं जलसहियाओ को लेकर एक जल यात्रा सह जागरुकता रैली निकाली गई।

वहीं उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि जल अर्पण दिवस एक महत्वपूर्ण आयोजन है, जिसका उद्देश्य जल संरक्षण और जल स्रोतों के महत्व को बढ़ावा देना है। यह दिवस जल जीवन मिशन के तहत मनाया जाता है, जिसका लक्ष्य हर घर तक स्वच्छ पेयजल पहुंचाना है। दिवस के दौरान, विभिन्न गतिविधियों के माध्यम से लोगों को जल संरक्षण के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक किया जा रहा है, जैसे कि जल स्रोतों का संरक्षण, पानी की बर्बादी रोकना और संतुलित उपयोग जरूरी है। इसके अलावा बताया गया कि जल अर्पण दिवस पर लोकगीत, जागरूकता कार्यक्रम, और जल संकल्प के जरिए लोगों को जल संरक्षण के प्रति प्रेरित किया जाता है। जल अर्पण दिवस का आयोजन देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों में किया जा रहा है, जिसमें ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों के लोग भाग ले रहे हैं। यह आयोजन जल संरक्षण को एक जन आंदोलन बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है की समाज में सहभागिता एवं उनके प्रयासों एवं उनके सराहनीय कार्य के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी दी गई !
वहीं जल संरक्षण से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर प्रकाश डालते हुए ग्राम स्तर पर चापाकल, जल मीनार एवं बहु ग्रामीण जलापूर्ति योजनाओं के मरम्मत एवं इसके रख रखाव को ध्यान में रखते हुए शुद्ध पेयजल की उपलब्धता को सुदृढ़ बनाए रखने की कार्य का सराहना की। वहीं महोत्सव के दौरान बेहतर काम करने वाले मुखिया,जलसहिया, नल जल मित्र एवं अन्य को उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा शाल एवं मोमेंटो प्रदान किया गया। साथ ही सभी को जल शपथ दिलाया गया।

इस अवसर पर उपविकास् आयुक्त,प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड प्रमुख , जिला परिषद सदस्य, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल गुमला के कार्यपालक अभियंता श्री अनुज कुमार मिश्रा, संबंधित पंचायत के साथ साथ अन्य पंचायतों के भी मुखिया, सहायक अभियंता, कनीय अभियंता (Dwsd), जिला समन्वयक , सभी प्रखंड वॉश समन्वयक, सभी जलसहिया एवं ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे।
