गुमला : – गुमला जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी, 68 गुमला (अ0ज0जा0) विधानसभा क्षेत्र-सह-अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, गुमला राजीव नीरज एवं सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी-सह-प्रशासक, नगर परिषद गुमला की अध्यक्षता में आज मतदाता सूची विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण 2026 के सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में गुमला प्रखंड के सभी बीएलओ सुपरवाइजर, नगर परिषद क्षेत्र के बीएलओ सुपरवाइजर एवं विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे। बैठक के दौरान मतदाता सूची के अद्यतन, शुद्धिकरण एवं त्रुटिरहित बनाने हेतु आवश्यक प्रक्रियाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।
निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी द्वारा सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों एवं बीएलओ सुपरवाइजरों को निर्देशित किया गया कि मतदाता सूची विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण 2026 के अंतर्गत मैपिंग कार्य को शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक पात्र मतदाता का नाम सूची में सम्मिलित हो तथा किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि या विसंगति न रहे, इसके लिए गंभीरता एवं जवाबदेही के साथ कार्य करना आवश्यक है।
सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी ने भी सभी संबंधित कर्मियों को समयबद्ध एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से कार्य निष्पादन करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया की निष्पक्षता एवं विश्वसनीयता बनी रहे।
बैठक में यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि राजनीतिक दलों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर कार्यों का निष्पादन किया जाए, जिससे अधिकाधिक लोगों को जागरूक कर मतदाता सूची में उनका नाम दर्ज कराया जा सके।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों का अक्षरशः पालन करते हुए इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्य को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराएं।
