राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन से संबंधित कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय के सभागार में राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन, राजस्व संग्रहण, म्यूटेशन (नामांतरण) तथा राजस्व न्यायालय से संबंधित मामलों की समीक्षा हेतु एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक द्वारा उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर की गई, जिसमें जिले के सभी अंचलाधिकारी, संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक के दौरान राजस्व संग्रहण की प्रगति, लंबित म्यूटेशन मामलों के निष्पादन, आपदा प्रबंधन से संबंधित तैयारियों एवं राजस्व न्यायालय में लंबित वादों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
अपर समाहर्ता ने सभी अंचल अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि म्यूटेशन एवं राजस्व से जुड़े मामलों का समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें तथा लंबित मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर शीघ्र निपटाएं। साथ ही राजस्व संग्रहण में तेजी लाने एवं निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति हेतु आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
आपदा प्रबंधन के संदर्भ में उन्होंने संभावित आपदाओं से निपटने हेतु पूर्व तैयारी, संसाधनों की उपलब्धता एवं त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया तंत्र को सुदृढ़ करने पर बल दिया।
बैठक में यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि राजस्व न्यायालय से संबंधित मामलों का पारदर्शी एवं त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए, जिससे आम नागरिकों को समय पर न्याय मिल सके।
अंत में अपर समाहर्ता ने सभी अधिकारियों को अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन पूरी गंभीरता एवं जवाबदेही के साथ करने का निर्देश दिया।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से एसडीओ गुमला राजीव नीरज , एसडीओ चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी,एसडीओ बसिया जयवंती देवगम डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, डीसीएलआर बसिया शेखर कुमार सहित सभी प्रखंडों के अंचल अधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
