मशरूम उत्पादन से आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ते कदम

आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत कार्यशाला, प्रशिक्षण एवं चेक वितरण कार्यक्रम आयोजित

गुमला: आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम (ABP) अंतर्गत मशरूम कल्टीवेशन परियोजना के तहत एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला सह प्रशिक्षण एवं चेक वितरण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन नगर भवन, गुमला में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में किया गया। कार्यक्रम का विधिवत शुभारंभ उपायुक्त द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान मशरूम उत्पादन से जुड़े लाभुकों को तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया, जिसमें मशरूम उत्पादन की आधुनिक एवं सरल विधियों की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही मशरूम उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी हेतु स्टॉल भी लगाए गए, जहां विभिन्न प्रकार के उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन किया गया। इस अवसर पर लाभुकों के बीच डमी चेक एवं सोलर ड्रायर का वितरण भी किया गया, जिससे उनके उत्पादन एवं भंडारण क्षमता को बढ़ावा मिल सके।
कार्यक्रम में महिला लाभुकों ने अपने अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताया कि मशरूम खेती से उनकी आय में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पहल से वे न केवल आत्मनिर्भर बनी हैं, बल्कि अपने समूह एवं गांव की अन्य महिलाओं को भी मशरूम उत्पादन के लिए प्रेरित कर रही हैं। ऐप एग्रीगेट कंपनी द्वारा उत्पाद की खरीद सुनिश्चित करने के साथ-साथ तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण में भी सक्रिय सहयोग प्रदान किया जा रहा है, जिससे लाभुकों को बाजार की बेहतर सुविधा मिल रही है।

उपायुक्त ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि जिला प्रशासन का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले के नागरिकों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना एवं उनकी आय में सतत वृद्धि सुनिश्चित करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन द्वारा प्रशिक्षण, संसाधन एवं विपणन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है, लेकिन सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए लाभुकों को निरंतर प्रयास करना होगा। उन्होंने प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि “प्रशासन आपको चलना सिखा सकता है, लेकिन आगे बढ़कर दौड़ना आपको स्वयं ही होगा।”

कार्यक्रम की जानकारी देते हुए जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार ने बताया कि उपायुक्त के मार्गदर्शन में इस योजना के अंतर्गत आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी प्रखंड के कुल 500 पीवीटीजी एवं जनजातीय परिवारों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से मशरूम खेती एवं प्रशिक्षण से जोड़ा जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि योजना के प्रथम चरण में मॉडल गांव औरापाट के 45 पीवीटीजी परिवारों के बीच मशरूम किट का वितरण किया गया तथा उन्हें ऑयस्टर मशरूम उत्पादन की व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी गई। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान लाभुकों को कम लागत में घर के छोटे स्थानों में भी मशरूम उत्पादन करने की तकनीक सिखाई गई।
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि इस परियोजना के सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आ रहे हैं, जिसके तहत आज मशरूम उत्पादन से जुड़े लाभुकों को उनके उत्पाद की खरीद के लिए चेक प्रदान किए गए। इससे लाभुकों की आय में वृद्धि के साथ-साथ उनके जीवन स्तर में भी सुधार हो रहा है।

कार्यक्रम में जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार,डीपीएम जेएसएलपीएस , अवधेश कुमार, एकांश कुमार, रमेश कुमार सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
