उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर गैस आपूर्ति व्यवस्था की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

पुरानी बुकिंग को प्राथमिकता, वार्ड स्तर पर सूचना देकर वितरण सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला राजीव नीरज की अध्यक्षता में आज सभी गैस डीलरों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी सहित सभी गैस एजेंसी के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
बैठक के दौरान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी द्वारा गैस आपूर्ति व्यवस्था को सुचारू एवं पारदर्शी बनाए रखने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट रूप से निर्देशित किया कि जिन उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा पूर्व में गैस सिलेंडर की बुकिंग की गई है, उन्हें प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समय पर गैस उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
साथ ही यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि वर्तमान में गैस एजेंसियों पर अनावश्यक भीड़ एवं लाइन लगने की स्थिति को समाप्त करने हेतु डोर-टू-डोर वितरण व्यवस्था को प्रभावी बनाया जाए। जिस वार्ड में गैस वितरण किया जाना है, वहां के वार्ड सदस्य को पूर्व में सूचना देना सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि वितरण प्रक्रिया सुव्यवस्थित एवं सुचारू रूप से संपन्न हो सके।
प्रशासन द्वारा सभी गैस एजेंसियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे निर्धारित नियमों का पालन करते हुए उपभोक्ताओं को समय पर गैस उपलब्ध कराएं एवं किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता पाए जाने पर कड़ी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
