क्रेशर के द्वारा खुले आम बिना पानी छिड़काव किये क्रसर का संचालन किया जाता है डोमचांच आंचल क्षेत्र के रायडीह मोड, पचगांव, पहाड़पुर, चमारो,सिंघपुर,रयडीह मोड,’पचगांव मोड, क्रेशर संचालकों के द्वारा बाउंड्री वालों के नाम पर अल्बेस्टर के सहारे महज 4 से 5 फीट की ऊंचाई में क्रेशर के एक की ओर घेराबंदी कर क्रेशर का संचालन कर रहे हैं जोकि क्रेशर

यूनिट लगने के पर्व में ग्राम सभा के दौरान पर्यावरण को किसी प्रकार का नुकसान नहीं होना तथा
क्रेशर से किसी प्रकार के धूलकण नहीं निकलने की बात कहीं जाती है कि और क्रेशर के चारों और बाउंड्री वालों तथा हरे भरे वृक्ष व निमित्त पानी छिड़काव की बात कही जाती है और ग्रामीण का सिग्नेचर तथा ग्राम सभा की कॉपी खनन विभाग को सुपुदॅ किया जाता है ऐसे ग्राम सभा में शामिल मुखिया पर भी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए जो पैसा लेकर ग्राम सभा की चिट्ठी में साइन कर देता है इसके बाद खनन विभाग के द्वारा क्रेशर संचालन की अनुमति दे दी जाती है इसके लिए खनन विभाग को भी क्रेशर संचालकों के द्वारा हर महीना मोटी रकम पहुंचाई जाती है जिससे ग्रामीण हृदय,शुगर,कैंसर जैसे रोग का शिकार हो रहे हैं जाने-माने चिकित्सकों का कहना है कि अगर इस तरह क्रेशर का संचालन किया जाएगा तो आने वाले दिनों में हर घर मे शुगर, हृदय रोग कैंसर रोग का शिकार होंगे और लोगों का मृत्यु होगा क्रेशर मंडी कोडरमा गिरिडीह मुख्य मार्ग पर स्थित दोनों ओर मुख्य मार्ग के पहाड़पुर,पचगांव मोड़ के समीप अकसर दुर्घटना की स्थिति बनी रहती है जिससे लोगों को जान गंवानी पड़ती है समय रहते अगर विभाग के द्वारा ऐसे क्रशर संचालकों पर कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी तो ग्रामीण उपायुक्त को हस्ताक्षर युक्त आवेदन देकर सड़क जाम करने को बाध्य होंगे
