हाजत में आरोपी ने फांसी लगा कर की आत्महत्याः पत्नी से मारपीट के आरोप में लाया गया था थाना, पुलिस लापरवाही पर होगी कार्रवाई

कोडरमा स्थित जयनगर थाना के हाजत में एक आरोपी ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। यह घटना तब हुई, जब उसे शराब के नशे में पत्नी से मारपीट के आरोप में थाना लाया गया था। मृतक की पहचान परसाबाद के कटिया गांव निवासी 40 वर्षीय विजय यादव के रूप में हुई है।मुख्यालय डीएसपी रतिभान सिंह ने मामले की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि बीती रात विजय यादव की पत्नी चमेली देवी ने परसाबाद पिकेट में एक लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया था कि उनके पति शराब के नशे में उनके साथ मारपीट कर रहे हैं। मामले की जांच करती पुलिस। विजय को रात में जयनगर थाना लाई थी पुलिस इस शिकायत के आधार पर, परसाबाद पिकेट प्रभारी प्रमोद सिंह कटिया गांव स्थित विजय यादव के घर पहुंचे। उन्होंने विजय को हिरासत में लिया और जयनगर थाना ले आए। इसके बाद विजय को जयनगर थाना के हाजत में रखा गया।
शुक्रवार सुबह जयनगर पुलिस ने विजय को नाश्ता कराया और वह पूरी तरह स्वस्थ दिख रहा था। इसी बीच, सुबह करीब 11 बजे उसकी पत्नी और बेटी थाना आईं और विजय से बातचीत की। बातचीत के बाद वे थाने से बाहर निकल गईं। विजय पेशे से ट्रक चालक था। विजय को पुलिसकर्मी सदर अस्पताल ले गए पुलिस की थोड़ी सी गैर-मौजूदगी का फायदा उठाकर विजय ने हाजत में फांसी लगा ली। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही पुलिसकर्मी विजय को आनन-फानन में सदर अस्पताल ले गए, जहां चिकित्सकों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।जयनगर पुलिस का दावा है कि विजय ने अपने गले में मौजूद धागे की माला से खुद गला दबाकर आत्महत्या की, जबकि सदर अस्पताल के चिकित्सक का कहना है कि उसकी मौत फांसी लगाने के कारण हुई है। पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही मौत का सही कारण स्पष्ट हो पाएगा।इधर, मुख्यालय डीएसपी रतिभान सिंह ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यदि इस मामले में किसी भी पुलिसकर्मी की लापरवाही सामने आती है, तो उस पर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमॉर्टम के लिए भेज दिया है।रात में भी शराब के नशे में आया था आरोपी वहीं, मृतक की पत्नी चमेली देवी ने कहा कि उनके पति विजय रोज शराब के नशे में घर आते थे और उसके साथ मारपीट किया करते थे। कई बार वह शराब के नशे में आकर उसे घर से बाहर भी निकाल दिया करते थे। बीती रात भी वे शराब के नशे में आए और मुझे घर से बाहर निकलने को कहने लगे।जब मैंने दरवाजा नहीं खोला तो उन्होंने मेरी जेठानी को फोन लगाया और कहा कि आज इसे जान से मार दूंगा। इसके बाद मैंने पुलिस को सूचना दी। विजय पेशे से ट्रक चालक था। वह अपने पीछे दो पुत्री व एक पुत्र को छोड़ गया है।
