बिरहोर परिवारों के बीच राहत सामग्री का वितरण, विकास योजनाओं की ली जानकारी

गोमिया: गोमिया प्रखंड के विकास पदाधिकारी महादेव कुमार महतो ने शुक्रवार को तुलबुल पंचायत स्थित बिरहोर टंडा का दौरा कर वहां निवास कर रहे दर्जनों बिरहोर परिवारों से भेंट कर उनके बीच राहत सामग्री का वितरण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने उनके बीच एक एक बोरा चावल, धोती एवं साड़ी प्रदान की।

मौके पर बीडीओ श्री महतो ने ग्रामीणों से संवाद करते हुए उनकी दैनिक जरूरतों, जीवन-यापन की स्थिति तथा सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ मिलने की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, आवास, राशन एवं पेंशन जैसी योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी हासिल की और संबंधित समस्याओं के समाधान का आश्वासन दिया।

बीडीओ ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार एवं बोकारो जिला प्रशासन बिरहोर परिवारों के समग्र विकास के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि इन परिवारों को मुख्य रूप से लडको _लडकियो आवासीय विधालयो के मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने, बच्चों को शिक्षा से जोड़ने तथा बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

इस दौरान उन्होंने बिरहोर समुदाय के लोगों से उनकी अन्य समस्याओं के बारे में भी विस्तार से चर्चा की और अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। कार्यक्रम में जनप्रतिनिधि, पंचायत के सदस्य, स्थानीय ग्रामीण एवं अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।
