गोमियां थाना के नए थाना प्रभारी के रूप में प्रफुल्ल महतो ने पदभार संभाल लिया है। उनके आगमन पर क्षेत्र में खुशी का माहौल देखा गया। इसी क्रम में अपने पंचायत के जनता सेवक एवं पूर्व उपमुखिया विकास जैन ने थाना परिसर पहुंचकर नए थाना प्रभारी का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया।
इस अवसर पर विकास जैन ने उन्हें शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि उनके नेतृत्व में क्षेत्र में कानून-व्यवस्था और अधिक सुदृढ़ होगी तथा आम जनता को बेहतर पुलिसिंग का लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि नए थाना प्रभारी आम लोगों की समस्याओं को प्राथमिकता के साथ सुनेंगे और उनका त्वरित समाधान करेंगे।
नए थाना प्रभारी प्रफुल्ल महतो ने भी सभी के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि वे क्षेत्र में शांति, सुरक्षा और जनता के विश्वास को बनाए रखने के लिए पूरी ईमानदारी से कार्य करेंगे।
