जमीन विवाद को लेकर महिला ने बच्चों संग किया अनिश्चितकालीन भूख हड़ताल, आश्वासन पर समाप्त

गोमिया प्रखंड क्षेत्र में जमीन विवाद का एक गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। मंगलवार को गोमिया की रहने वाली रेखा देवी अपने दो बच्चों के साथ हाथ मे मांग कि तख्ती लेकर प्रखंड अंचल कार्यालय परिसर में अनिश्चितकालीन भूख हड़ताल पर बैठ गईं। उनकी मुख्य मांग थी कि कथित रूप से फर्जी तरीके से हुई जमीन रजिस्ट्री को रद्द कर उनकी जमीन वापस दिलाई जाए।
रेखा देवी ने आरोप लगाया कि विनोद कुमार और रंधीर कुमार ने उनकी और अन्य हिस्सेदारों की सहमति के बिना फर्जी ढंग से जमीन की रजिस्ट्री करा ली। उन्होंने बताया कि करोड़ों रुपये मूल्य की जमीन को कौड़ी के दाम पर ले लिया। जिसकी जानकारी हमको तब हुई जब संबंधित लोग जमीन पर कब्जा करने पहुंचे।
महिला के अनुसार, जब उन्होंने इस पर आपत्ति जताई तो जल्दबाजी में जमीन का मोटेशन भी करा लिया गया। उन्होंने(महिला) अंचल कार्यालय में आवेदन देकर मोटेशन पर रोक लगवाई। उस समय उनके पति रमेश नायक काम के सिलसिले में रामगढ़ में थे। आरोप है कि बाद में भू-माफियाओं ने उनके पति को धमकाकर कोरे कागजों पर हस्ताक्षर करवा लिए और उन कागजों का गलत इस्तेमाल करते हुए मोटेशन संबंधी आपत्ति वापस लेने का आवेदन जमा करा दिया।
रेखा देवी ने यह भी कहा कि उनके पति को जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई और शराब पिलाकर एक एग्रीमेंट पेपर पर हस्ताक्षर करवा लिया गया, जिसमें 53डिसमील जमीन के बदले साठ लाख रुपये देने की बात लिखी गई। और साथ ही पचास लाख रुपये का चेक भी दिया गया, जिसे उन्होंने अब तक सुरक्षित रखा है क्योंकि वह अपनी जमीन बेचना नहीं चाहतीं।
पीड़िता ने बताया कि इस मामले को लेकर उन्होंने अंचल से लेकर अनुमंडल और जिला स्तर तक कई बार आवेदन देकर न्याय की गुहार लगाई, लेकिन अब तक कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके दोनों बच्चों का भविष्य इसी जमीन पर निर्भर है और न्याय नहीं मिलने पर उन्होंने आत्महत्या तक की चेतावनी दी।
वहीं, गोमिया के अंचल अधिकारी आफताब आलम ने मामले में निष्पक्ष जांच कर न्याय दिलाने का आश्वासन दिया। इसके बाद रेखा देवी ने अपने बच्चों के साथ चल रही भूख हड़ताल को समाप्त कर दिया। स्थानीय लोगों के बीच इस घटना को लेकर चर्चा है और प्रशासन से निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग की जा रही है।
