उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न

कुपोषण मुक्त गुमला एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण पर विशेष जोर

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले में संचालित विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं एवं कार्यक्रमों की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

उपायुक्त ने मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य की समीक्षा करते हुए निर्देश दिया कि कोई भी गर्भवती महिला एएनसी जांच से वंचित न रहे। सभी गर्भवती महिलाओं का शत-प्रतिशत पंजीकरण एवं नियमित जांच सुनिश्चित करने के साथ ही होम डिलीवरी के मामलों का सत्यापन अनिवार्य रूप से कराया जाए।

बैठक में बताया गया कि आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों में एन. क्यू. ए. एस. के तहत 60 प्रतिशत उपलब्धि दर्ज की गई है, जिसे और बेहतर करने के निर्देश दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने एमटीसी में बेड ऑक्यूपेंसी बढ़ाने हेतु गैप असेसमेंट करने एवं 509 चिन्हित गंभीर कुपोषित (एस.ए. एम.) बच्चों की स्क्रीनिंग कर उन्हें एमटीसी में भर्ती कराने के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिले को कुपोषण मुक्त करना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। इसके लिए पोषण आहार की निरंतर आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करते हुए शिशु आहार कार्यक्रम को प्रभावी रूप से संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

आयुष्मान भारत योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान बताया गया कि जिले में 68 प्रतिशत उपलब्धि के साथ राज्य में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त है। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि एक माह के अंतराल पर प्रगति का आकलन करते हुए पुनः विशेष कैंप का आयोजन किया जाए।

इसके साथ ही स्कैन एंड शेयर, हेल्थ फैसिलिटी रजिस्ट्री एवं हेल्थ प्रोफेशनल रजिस्ट्री के कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

टीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा में बताया गया कि जिले ने स्पुटम टेस्ट में 114 प्रतिशत उपलब्धि हासिल की है। वहीं वर्तमान में 608 टीबी मरीज चिन्हित हैं, जिनमें गुमला, सिसई एवं बसिया प्रखंडों में सर्वाधिक मरीज हैं। उपायुक्त ने जिले को टीबी मुक्त बनाने हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाने एवं 100 दिवसीय टीबी कैंपिंग को प्रभावी बनाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही कम प्रगति वाले प्रखंडों में सुधार लाने तथा आवश्यकतानुसार कार्रवाई करने की बात कही गई।

नेशनल वेक्टर बॉर्न डिजीज कंट्रोल प्रोग्राम एवं एनसीडी (NCD) स्क्रीनिंग की भी समीक्षा की गई।

एचपीवी टीकाकरण को लेकर उपायुक्त ने सभी विद्यालयों में जांच एवं टीकाकरण अभियान चलाने, अभिभावकों एवं छात्राओं को जागरूक करने तथा शत-प्रतिशत कवरेज सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

पीएम-आभिम योजना के तहत विभिन्न हेल्थ सब सेंटर , पीएचसी, इंटीग्रेटेड पब्लिक हेल्थ लैबोरेट्री एवं क्रिटिकल केयर ब्लॉक के निर्माण कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि गुमला जिला का प्रदर्शन प्रत्येक स्वास्थ्य सूचकांक में राज्य स्तर पर शीर्ष 10 में होना चाहिए। इससे नीचे रहने पर संबंधित पदाधिकारियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

बैठक में सिविल सर्जन गुमला डॉ. शंभूनाथ चौधरी, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां,जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खालको, सहित स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अन्य पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
