उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में विशेष प्रेस वार्ता आयोजित, जनगणना 2027 की तैयारियों की दी गई विस्तृत जानकारी

गुमला : – गुमल उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सूचना भवन सभागार में विशेष प्रेस वार्ता का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें भारत की जनगणना 2027 के सफल क्रियान्वयन हेतु की गई तैयारियों की विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जनगणना 2027 का प्रथम चरण मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना पूर्णतः डिजिटल माध्यम से दिनांक 16 मई 2026 से 14 जून 2026 तक संपन्न होगा, जबकि स्व-गणना की प्रक्रिया 01 मई 2026 से 15 मई 2026 तक चलेगी। इस दौरान नागरिक अपने मोबाइल फोन या कम्प्यूटर के माध्यम से se.census.gov.in पोर्टल पर जाकर अपनी जानकारी स्वयं दर्ज कर सकते हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि स्व-गणना के पश्चात प्राप्त SE ID को सुरक्षित रखना आवश्यक है, जिसका सत्यापन वास्तविक गणना के दौरान प्रगणकों द्वारा किया जाएगा।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि “भारत की जनगणना केवल आंकड़ा संग्रह की प्रक्रिया नहीं, बल्कि देश के समग्र विकास की आधारशिला है। इससे प्राप्त आंकड़े सरकार की योजनाओं के निर्माण एवं उनके प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।”

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि वर्ष 2027 की जनगणना पूरी तरह डिजिटल होने जा रही है, जो पारदर्शिता, गति एवं सटीकता की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

गुमला जिले की तैयारियों की जानकारी देते हुए उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिले में कुल 13 चार्ज बनाए गए हैं तथा 37 फील्ड ट्रेनर्स को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है। जिले में कुल 2071 हाउस लिस्टिंग ब्लॉक्स (HLB) का गठन किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, 27 अप्रैल 2026 से 09 मई 2026 तक चार्ज स्तर पर 2289 प्रगणकों एवं 408 पर्यवेक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है।

जनगणना कार्य के सुचारू संचालन एवं अनुश्रवण हेतु जिला स्तर (जिला सांख्यिकी कार्यालय, गुमला) एवं चार्ज स्तर (प्रखंड/अंचल) पर कोषांग का गठन किया गया है, जिससे किसी भी समस्या का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

उपायुक्त ने जिले के सभी नागरिकों एवं प्रबुद्धजनों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वे स्व-गणना में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लें एवं 16 मई से 14 जून 2026 के बीच होने वाले मकान सूचीकरण कार्य में प्रगणकों एवं पर्यवेक्षकों को आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान करें।

उन्होंने कहा कि “आपकी सही एवं समय पर दी गई जानकारी ही आने वाले वर्षों में विकास की दिशा तय करेगी। अतः सभी नागरिक इस राष्ट्रीय दायित्व में सक्रिय सहभागिता निभाएं।”

साथ ही उन्होंने मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों से भी अपील की कि वे इस महत्वपूर्ण अभियान को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने में सहयोग करें।

इस दौरान अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
