कोसे गाँव में पेड़ के नीचे लगा जनता दरबार, ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनने पहुँचा जिला प्रशासन

तैयारी पंचायत के कोसे गाँव में बुधवार को प्रशासन और ग्रामीणों के बीच विश्वास और संवाद की अनोखी मिसाल देखने को मिली। गाँव के बीच पेड़ के नीचे आयोजित जनता दरबार में जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों से सीधे संवाद कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं और समाधान का भरोसा दिलाया।

जनता दरबार में उपायुक्त जयनाथ झा, पुलिस अधीक्षक नाथम सी मीना, उप विकास आयुक्त शताब्दी मजूमदार सहित कई जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। अधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और मौके पर संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि यह सिर्फ औपचारिक दौरा नहीं, बल्कि प्रशासन और ग्रामीणों के बीच भरोसा मजबूत करने की पहल है। उन्होंने कहा कि गाँव की समस्याओं को सूचीबद्ध कर लिया गया है और संबंधित विभागों के साथ बैठक कर तीन से चार दिनों के भीतर समाधान की समयसीमा तय की जाएगी।

ग्रामीणों ने सड़क, पुल, जल संरक्षण, आंगनबाड़ी, वन विभाग और सिंचाई से जुड़ी समस्याओं को प्रशासन के समक्ष रखा। उपायुक्त ने इन समस्याओं के समाधान का आश्वासन देते हुए स्वयं सहायता समूहों को फलदार पौधारोपण, मधुमक्खी पालन तथा अन्य आजीविका योजनाओं से जोड़ने की बात कही। साथ ही, टीवीएनएल से जुड़े लंबित मुआवजा मामलों के समाधान के लिए भू-अर्जन विभाग के साथ बैठक करने की जानकारी दी।

पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि ग्रामीणों के सहयोग से क्षेत्र में असामाजिक तत्वों पर नियंत्रण पाया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिस और अंचल प्रशासन मिलकर विकास कार्यों को गति देंगे। प्रत्येक गुरुवार को थानों में “थाना दिवस” आयोजित किया जाएगा, जहाँ भूमि संबंधी मामलों का समाधान प्राथमिकता के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि जिला मुख्यालय के साथ-साथ दूरस्थ गांवों में भी जनता दरबार आयोजित किए जाएंगे ताकि ग्रामीणों को अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए जिला मुख्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े।

जनता दरबार के दौरान अधिकारियों ने बच्चों के बीच कॉपी, कलम, बैग, बॉल, बिस्कुट, चॉकलेट सहित अन्य सामग्री भी वितरित की। कार्यक्रम में अपर समाहर्ता मोहम्मद मुमताज अंसारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी मुकेश मछुआ, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी रवि कुमार, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी डॉ. सुमन गुप्ता, सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग की किरण तथा अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन गोमिया के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी माधव कुमार महतो और अंचल अधिकारी मोहम्मद आफताब आलम ने किया।
