गोमिया: गुरुवार को झारखंड सरकार के पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता तथा उत्पाद एवं मद्य निषेध विभाग के मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद ने राज्यभर में गर्मी के मौसम के दौरान ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में निर्बाध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने को लेकर विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक की। यह बैठक वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से आयोजित की गई, जिसमें सभी प्रमंडलों के कार्यपालक अभियंता और अंचलों के अधीक्षण अभियंता शामिल हुए।
बैठक में मुख्यालय स्तर से पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग के सचिव, अभियंता प्रमुख (EIC), विभाग के मुख्य अभियंता (CEs) सहित कई वरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। समीक्षा के दौरान मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि गर्मी के मौसम में पेयजल आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करना विभाग की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि सभी जलापूर्ति योजनाओं की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाए तथा किसी भी प्रकार की तकनीकी या व्यवस्थागत बाधा आने पर उसका त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। साथ ही सोशल मीडिया एवं अन्य माध्यमों से प्राप्त पेयजल संबंधी शिकायतों के समयबद्ध और प्रभावी निवारण पर भी विशेष जोर दिया गया।
मंत्री ने सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि राज्य के किसी भी गांव में एक भी चापाकल बंद नहीं रहना चाहिए। सभी चापाकलों को चालू हालत में बनाए रखने के लिए नियमित निरीक्षण, आवश्यक मरम्मत और संसाधनों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए।
बैठक के अंत में सभी कार्यपालक अभियंताओं को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में लगातार निगरानी रखने और किसी भी समस्या पर तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए, ताकि ग्रामीण परिवारों को गर्मी के मौसम में पेयजल संकट का सामना न करना पड़े।
