विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम, 2026 की तैयारियों को लेकर बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – उपायुक्त सह जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम, 2026 के सफल क्रियान्वयन हेतु एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया की गुणवत्ता, पारदर्शिता एवं समयबद्ध लक्ष्य प्राप्ति सुनिश्चित करने को लेकर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम के तहत 90 से 95 प्रतिशत लक्ष्य को प्राथमिकता के साथ पूर्ण किया जाए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि प्रत्येक स्तर पर कार्य की नियमित निगरानी एवं सत्यापन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

बैठक में दोहराव एवं मृत मतदाताओं की सूची की शुद्धता पर विशेष जोर देते हुए निर्देश दिया गया कि संबंधित सूचियों का सुव्यवस्थित संकलन किया जाए तथा मतदान स्तर पदाधिकारी द्वारा उसका शत-प्रतिशत सत्यापन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

मानचित्रण प्रतिशत एवं मतदाता मानचित्रण के परीक्षण जांच को लेकर उपायुक्त ने कहा कि प्रत्येक प्रविष्टि का सही एवं पारदर्शी सत्यापन किया जाए, ताकि त्रुटियों की संभावना न्यूनतम हो।

स्टिकर चिपकाने के कार्य की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि जिन मतदान स्तर पदाधिकारियों के पास अतिरिक्त स्टिकर उपलब्ध हैं, वे उसे वापस करें तथा जहां कमी है, वहां समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। साथ ही स्टिकर के वितरण एवं उपयोग की जांच एवं गणना अनिवार्य रूप से की जाए।

परिवार के मुखिया एवं 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के नागरिकों की सूचीकरण को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति सूची से वंचित न रहे।

मतदाता सूची अभिकर्ता-2 की नियुक्ति एवं प्रशिक्षण के संदर्भ में उन्होंने कहा कि अधिक से अधिक अभिकर्ताओं की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा उन्हें दी जाने वाली सभी सूचनाएं मतदाता सूची अभिकर्ता-1 के साथ भी साझा की जाएं, ताकि समन्वय बेहतर हो सके।

पुनर्गठन प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत राज्य स्तर से प्राप्त स्वीकृति के बाद नवगठित मतदान केंद्रों का भौतिक सत्यापन संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी अपने स्तर से सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

प्रपत्र संबंधित परिशिष्ट-क के कार्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

इसके अतिरिक्त राष्ट्रीय शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली एवं दूरभाष सुविधा के माध्यम से प्राप्त शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए शिकायतों की संख्या शून्य रखने पर बल दिया गया।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी राजीव नीरज, उप समाहर्ता भूमि सुधार गुमला राजीव कुमार, बसिया अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी जयवंती देवगम, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, नगर परिषद के कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी, सभी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, निर्वाचन विभाग के कर्मी एवं अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
