कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी” का सोशल मीडिया पर धमाका, युवाओं के व्यंग्यात्मक आंदोलन ने मचाई राजनीतिक हलचल

नई दिल्ली। देश की राजनीति और न्यायपालिका को लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर एक नया व्यंग्यात्मक राजनीतिक आंदोलन तेजी से चर्चा में आ गया है। “कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP)” नाम से शुरू हुआ यह अभियान युवाओं के बीच वायरल हो रहा है। बताया जा रहा है कि भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश से जुड़े कथित विवादित बयानों के विरोध में हजारों युवाओं ने ऑनलाइन और सड़क दोनों स्तर पर इस आंदोलन का समर्थन किया है।

सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर #CockroachJantaParty और #CJPManifesto जैसे हैशटैग ट्रेंड कर रहे हैं। आंदोलन से जुड़े युवाओं का कहना है कि यह किसी पारंपरिक राजनीतिक दल की तरह नहीं, बल्कि व्यवस्था के खिलाफ “जन असंतोष का प्रतीक” है।

CJP द्वारा जारी किए गए घोषणापत्र में कई तीखे और विवादास्पद प्रस्ताव शामिल हैं। पार्टी ने कहा है कि यदि वह सत्ता में आती है तो सेवानिवृत्त मुख्य न्यायाधीशों को “इनाम” के तौर पर राज्यसभा सीट नहीं दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा चुनाव में किसी वास्तविक मतदाता का वोट हटने पर संबंधित चुनाव आयोग अधिकारियों के खिलाफ आतंकवाद निरोधी कानूनों के तहत कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है।

घोषणापत्र में महिलाओं को संसद और केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में 50 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने की बात भी कही गई है। वहीं मीडिया को लेकर भी CJP ने बड़ा बयान दिया है। पार्टी का कहना है कि बड़े उद्योगपतियों के स्वामित्व वाले मीडिया संस्थानों के लाइेंस की समीक्षा होनी चाहिए ताकि स्वतंत्र मीडिया को बढ़ावा मिल सके। साथ ही कुछ टीवी एंकरों के बैंक खातों की जांच की मांग भी की गई है।

सबसे कठोर प्रस्ताव दल-बदल को लेकर सामने आया है। CJP के अनुसार जो विधायक या सांसद पार्टी बदलते हैं, उन्हें 20 वर्षों तक चुनाव लड़ने या किसी सार्वजनिक पद पर रहने से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाना चाहिए।

राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि भले ही यह आंदोलन व्यंग्य के रूप में शुरू हुआ हो, लेकिन यह युवाओं के भीतर बढ़ती राजनीतिक नाराजगी और व्यवस्था से असंतोष को भी दर्शाता है।
