गुमला में ‘जनजातीय गरिमा उत्सव’ को लेकर उच्च स्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

25 मई तक जिले के 616 जनजातीय बाहुल्य एवं पीवीटीजी ग्रामों में चलेगा विशेष जनजागरूकता एवं सैचुरेशन अभियान

गुमला : – गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार, में उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में आज ‘जनजातीय गरिमा उत्सव’ के सफल आयोजन एवं अभियान के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन को लेकर विस्तृत समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में अभियान की रूपरेखा, विभागवार जिम्मेदारियों, लाभुकों तक योजनाओं की पहुंच तथा सैचुरेशन मोड में विभिन्न योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने कहा कि 25 मई 2026 तक जिले के 616 जनजातीय बाहुल्य एवं पीवीटीजी ग्रामों में विशेष अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य जनभागीदारी के माध्यम से दूरस्थ एवं वंचित गांवों तक पहुंच बनाते हुए वहां निवासरत आदिवासी एवं पीवीटीजी समुदाय के लोगों को सरकार की विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ना है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल जागरूकता कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि गांव स्तर पर योजनाओं की वास्तविक पहुंच सुनिश्चित करने का अभियान है।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि पूर्व में संचालित पीएम जनमन कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत जिन गांवों अथवा लाभुकों को विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत पूर्ण रूप से आच्छादित नहीं किया जा सका है, उन्हें इस अभियान के दौरान प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सैचुरेशन मोड में लाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि चिन्हित गांवों में कैंप आधारित गतिविधियों का आयोजन करें तथा प्रत्येक पात्र लाभुक तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाना सुनिश्चित करें।

उन्होंने कहा कि अभियान के दौरान आधार कार्ड, राशन कार्ड, आयुष्मान भारत कार्ड, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र, बैंक खाता, पीएम जन धन योजना, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड, पीएम किसान, मनरेगा, पोषण अभियान, मातृत्व लाभ योजना, टीकाकरण, स्वास्थ्य जांच, सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाएं, वनाधिकार, कृषि एवं आजीविका से संबंधित योजनाओं सहित अन्य कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को लेकर व्यापक कार्य किया जाएगा।

उपायुक्त ने सभी प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि अभियान के दौरान गांव स्तर पर विशेष शिविर आयोजित कर लाभुकों की समस्याओं का ऑन-द-स्पॉट समाधान सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही योजनावार लाभुकों का अद्यतन डाटाबेस तैयार करने, शत-प्रतिशत पात्रता सत्यापन करने तथा सभी गतिविधियों का फोटो एवं वीडियो दस्तावेजीकरण कर निर्धारित पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि अभियान के दौरान स्वास्थ्य, पोषण, शिक्षा, वित्तीय समावेशन एवं आजीविका से संबंधित विभाग आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए कार्य करें, ताकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में योजनाओं का समेकित प्रभाव दिखाई दे। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिले के दूरस्थ एवं संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले आदिवासी समुदाय तक योजनाओं की पहुंच प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है तथा इस अभियान के माध्यम से अंतिम व्यक्ति तक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।उन्होंने कहा कि सभी विभाग निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर अपने-अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन सुनिश्चित करें तथा अभियान के दौरान किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही नहीं हो।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी,, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी,जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, एलडीएम गुमला, सिविल सर्जन, विभिन्न प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कल्याण पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
