जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में अपर समाहर्ता ने सुनीं आमजनों की समस्याएं, संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश के आलोक में आज समाहरणालय सभागार में अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं एवं मांगों से संबंधित आवेदन अपर समाहर्ता को सौंपे।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त आवेदनों में राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने एवं निरस्त करने, आवास योजना का लाभ दिलाने, भूमि विवाद एवं म्यूटेशन, मुआवजा भुगतान, सड़क एवं पेयजल सुविधा, सार्वजनिक मार्ग अवरुद्ध होने, रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने, राशन दुकान निर्माण से संबंधित विवाद, अग्निकांड पीड़ितों को सहायता प्रदान करने सहित विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मामले प्रमुख रूप से शामिल रहे।

इसके अतिरिक्त टाना भगत समुदाय के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा विकास प्राधिकार से संबंधित लंबित विषयों एवं महापुरुष विक्रम टाना भगत के नाम पर चौक एवं प्रतिमा स्थापना के संबंध में भी आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। वहीं कई ग्रामीणों द्वारा अपने क्षेत्रों में सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल एवं स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण की मांग रखी गई।

अपर समाहर्ता ने उपस्थित सभी आवेदकों की समस्याओं को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुना तथा संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को प्राप्त आवेदनों का नियमानुसार त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि आमजन की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है तथा प्रत्येक आवेदन पर निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुरूप कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
