गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित चैनपुर प्रखंड में राष्ट्रीय क्षय उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम ( एनटीईपी) के तहत टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान को सफल बनाने के उद्देश्य से चैनपुर प्रखंड के अत्यंत दुर्गम एवं पहाड़ी क्षेत्र बरडीह में निश्चय शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। बरडीह पंचायत अंतर्गत तबेला आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर एवं केरागानी आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर के कार्यक्षेत्र में आयोजित इस विशेष शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीणों ने भाग लिया और स्वास्थ्य जांच का लाभ उठाया।
बरडीह, तबेला, ऊपर डुमरी, कोल्दा, सोकराहातू, केवना, नवाटोली, केरागानी, छुजरी, रोरेद, मरवा, कोचागनी तथा पाकरकोना सहित आसपास के दर्जनों गांवों से ग्रामीण शिविर में पहुंचे। पहाड़ों और जंगलों से घिरे इस क्षेत्र में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की सीमित उपलब्धता के बावजूद स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम ने गांव-गांव पहुंचकर लोगों को जांच के लिए प्रेरित किया।
शिविर के दौरान कुल 672 लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग की गई। स्क्रीनिंग के आधार पर 107 संभावित टीबी मरीजों का डिजिटल एक्स-रे परीक्षण किया गया। इनमें 34 पुरुष एवं 73 महिलाएं शामिल थीं। जांच के दौरान 4 व्यक्ति टीबी संदिग्ध पाए गए, जिन्हें आगे की जांच एवं आवश्यक उपचार के लिए चिन्हित किया गया है।
*दुर्गम क्षेत्र के लोगों को मिला बड़ी राहत*
कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित बरडीह पंचायत के मुखिया ईश्वर खेस ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि यह क्षेत्र वर्षों से स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के अभाव से जूझता रहा है। यहां के अधिकांश परिवार आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर हैं और गुमला या अन्य शहरों में जांच कराने जाना उनके लिए आसान नहीं होता। ऐसे में गांव में ही एक्स-रे एवं टीबी जांच की सुविधा उपलब्ध होना ग्रामीणों के लिए किसी वरदान से कम नहीं है।
उन्होंने कहा कि समय पर जांच होने से टीबी जैसी गंभीर बीमारी की पहचान प्रारंभिक अवस्था में ही संभव हो सकेगी, जिससे मरीजों को बेहतर उपचार मिल पाएगा और संक्रमण को फैलने से रोका जा सकेगा। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के इस प्रयास की सराहना करते हुए भविष्य में भी नियमित रूप से ऐसे शिविर आयोजित करने की मांग की।
*ग्रामीणों ने जताया आभार
शिविर में शामिल ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि पहाड़ी और जंगलों से घिरे इस क्षेत्र में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं पहुंचाना एक बड़ी चुनौती है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा गांव में ही एक्स-रे जांच एवं स्क्रीनिंग की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने से लोगों का समय और आर्थिक खर्च दोनों बचे हैं। ग्रामीणों ने इस जनकल्याणकारी पहल के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
*टीबी उन्मूलन की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम*
स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान के तहत ऐसे क्षेत्रों को विशेष प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है, जहां स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तक पहुंच सीमित है। निश्चय शिविरों के माध्यम से संभावित मरीजों की पहचान कर समय पर जांच एवं उपचार सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है, ताकि वर्ष 2028 तक देश को टीबी मुक्त बनाने के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त किया जा सके।

इस शिविर को सफल बनाने में जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी डॉ. के.के. मिश्रा, चैनपुर प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ. दीपशिखा किंडो, वरीय चिकित्सा पर्यवेक्षक रणधीर, तबेला आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर के सीएचओ अजीत एक्का, केरागानी की सीएचओ सुजाता कुमारी, एक्स-रे टेक्नीशियन उपेंद्र कुमार साहू, विनय कुमार, कंचन किशोर श्रीवास्तव, प्रेम लकड़ा, मिनी जोसिमा कुल्लू, मोनिका कुमारी, बीना देवी, अनिमा मिंज, सुशीला उरांव, सोशन्ति मिंज, रितु देवी, मयंती लकड़ा, शोभा देवी, मनियारो उरांव, रूनी देवी सहित स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अन्य कर्मियों की सराहनीय भूमिका रही।
ग्रामीणों और जनप्रतिनिधियों ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की पूरी टीम के प्रति धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करते हुए इस अभियान को क्षेत्र के लिए ऐतिहासिक और जनहितकारी पहल बताया।
