गुमला : – गुमला जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण माला बाड़ा की अध्यक्षता में विकास भवन स्थित जिला परिषद कार्यालय सभागार में जिला परिषद की महत्वपूर्ण सामान्य बैठक आहुत की गई। इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता देवी, जिला परिषद कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी ललन कुमार रजक, जिला परिषद कार्यपालक अभियंता बलि उरांव, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, विद्युत आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी विनय कुमार सिंह सहित विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी, अभियंता, जिला परिषद सदस्य एवं जनप्रतिनिधि मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित थे।

एजेंडावार समीक्षा एवं विभिन्न प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी

बैठक के दौरान पूर्व निर्धारित एजेंडे के तहत बिंदुवार समीक्षा की गई, जिसके अंतर्गत सर्वप्रथम दिनांक 09 मार्च 2026 को हुई जिला परिषद की पिछली सामान्य बैठक की कार्यवाही की सर्वसम्मति से सम्पुष्टि की गई। इसके साथ ही पिछली बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों को दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुपालन की प्रगति रिपोर्ट देखी गई। इसके तहत जिला गव्य विकास, जिला पशुपालन, सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोषांग, जलपथ प्रमण्डल, विद्युत आपूर्ति प्रमण्डल एवं मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी कार्यालय द्वारा प्राप्त अनुपालन प्रतिवेदन की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। वित्तीय मामलों पर विचार करते हुए सदन द्वारा राजस्व मद से माह मार्च 2026 से मई 2026 तक किए गए व्यय का अनुमोदन किया गया। 15वें वित्त आयोग के तहत वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के अनाबद्ध मद में ली गई योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई तथा वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के अंतर्गत कतिपय योजनाओं के स्थल या योजना परिवर्तन की समीक्षा की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त जिला परिषद, गुमला के अंतर्गत आने वाले विभिन्न सैरातों एवं बाजार-हाटों की बंदोबस्ती की प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा की गई।

जनप्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों के बीच सीधा संवाद
सदन में उपस्थित जिला परिषद सदस्यों और जनप्रतिनिधियों ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों की जनसमस्याओं और विकास कार्यों से जुड़े कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को भी बैठक में रखा। बैठक में पशुपालन, कृषि, जिला सहकारिता, जिला आपूर्ति, जिला उद्योग केंद्र, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता, जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग, श्रम विभाग, जिला समाज कल्याण, उद्यान विभाग, भूमि संरक्षण, विद्युत आपूर्ति, लघु सिंचाई प्रमंडल और ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग सहित अन्य सभी विभागों के कार्यों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों ने जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों की वास्तविक स्थिति, तकनीकी बाधाओं और उनके निवारण हेतु बनाई गई आगामी योजनाओं से अध्यक्ष व सदन को अवगत कराया।

निर्धारित समय-सीमा में कार्य पूरा करने के सख्त निर्देश

जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण माला बाड़ा ने जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा उठाए गए सभी मामलों को बेहद गंभीरता से लिया और अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि ग्रामीण विकास से जुड़ी योजनाओं में किसी भी स्तर पर शिथिलता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि आज की बैठक में तय किए गए प्रस्तावों और योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन अगली बैठक से पूर्व समय-सीमा के भीतर सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि धरातल पर आम जनता को सरकारी योजनाओं का त्वरित लाभ मिल सके।
