गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में झारखण्ड राज्य अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी महासंघ ,गुमला जिला का बैठक किया गया। बैठक में संघ एवं महासंघ के प्रतिनिधि भाग लिये। आगामी 11=12 जुलाई 2026 को राज्य सम्मेलन में प्रतिनिधियों के भाग लेने पर चर्चा किया गया।गुमला जिला से 20 प्रतिनिधि जामताड़ा राज्य सम्मेलन में भाग लेंगे । इसकी तैयारी की जा रही है।यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि राज्य सम्मेलन के बाद गुमला जिला का सम्मेलन कराया जाएगा।बैठक में उपस्थित नेताओं ने कहा कि आउटसोर्सिंग के कर्मचारियों को 4 महीने से वेतन नहीं मिलने के कारण भुखमरी,बच्चों की पढ़ाई पर असर पर रहा है। वेतन के आवंटन के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग रांची में अवर सचिव से मिलकर बात किया गया बताया गया की 16-17 जुलाई तक आवंटन निर्गत हो जाएगा। कई कर्मियों ने यह भी बताया कि अनुपस्थिति भेजने के नाम पर रिश्वत की मांग किया जाता है।इस पर रिश्वत मांगने वालो पर कारवाई की मांग किया गया एवं रिश्वत नहीं देने का सभी को कहा गया । आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं के प्रति मिलकर समाधान करने की बात कही गई।महासंघ के जिला सचिव भूषण कुमार, रघुनन्दन वैद्य, लीलांबर साहू, राममोहन साहू, विश्राम केवट, मो शहाबुद्दीन, रणधीर निधि एवं काफी संख्या में कर्मचारी भाग लिए एवं अपने अपने विचार रखे,तत्पश्चात बैठक की कारवाई समाप्त की गई।
