लिवर सिरोसिस से पीड़ित जगरनाथ तिर्की से उपायुक्त ने की मुलाकात, समुचित उपचार एवं सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सदर अस्पताल, गुमला पहुंचकर इलाजरत मरीज जगरनाथ तिर्की (उम्र 30 वर्ष), पिता रोपना उरांव, ग्राम काटाशारू, खटगांव, प्रखंड एवं जिला गुमला तथा उनकी पत्नी रोहिणी कुजूर से मुलाकात कर उनका हालचाल जाना। इस दौरान उन्होंने मरीज के स्वास्थ्य संबंधी स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं चिकित्सकों को समुचित उपचार सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
जानकारी के अनुसार जगरनाथ तिर्की दिनांक 08 जून 2026 से सदर अस्पताल, गुमला के वार्ड संख्या-125 के बेड संख्या-35 पर भर्ती हैं। वे गंभीर एवं दीर्घकालिक बीमारी लिवर सिरोसिस से ग्रसित हैं, जिसके कारण उनके लिवर की कार्यप्रणाली प्रभावित हुई है। चिकित्सकों की देखरेख में उनका उपचार जारी है तथा आवश्यकता के अनुसार विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों से भी समन्वय स्थापित किया जा रहा है।
मरीज एवं उनके परिजनों से बातचीत के दौरान यह जानकारी प्राप्त हुई कि लंबे समय तक राज्य के बाहर कार्यरत रहने तथा आवश्यक जानकारी के अभाव में उनका राशन कार्ड एवं अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज नहीं बन पाया था। इसके कारण वे राशन कार्ड एवं आयुष्मान भारत योजना जैसी महत्वपूर्ण सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित थे।
मामले की जानकारी प्राप्त होने पर उपायुक्त ने त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को मरीज का राशन कार्ड प्राथमिकता के आधार पर बनाने तथा उसके उपरांत दो दिनों के भीतर आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत कराने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि उन्हें सरकारी स्वास्थ्य एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा योजनाओं का लाभ शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराया जा सके। साथ ही मरीज को उपलब्ध सभी पात्रता आधारित सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने का भी निर्देश दिया गया।
उपायुक्त ने अस्पताल प्रबंधन को मरीज के उपचार में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं रहने देने का निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि मरीज के स्वास्थ्य की नियमित निगरानी की जाए तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उच्च चिकित्सा संस्थानों से भी समन्वय स्थापित किया जाए। उन्होंने परिवार की तत्काल आवश्यकताओं को देखते हुए राशन एवं अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश भी दिए। साथ ही आर्थिक सहयोग उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में भी आवश्यक पहल करने की बात कही।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन जरूरतमंद एवं गंभीर रूप से बीमार व्यक्तियों की सहायता के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है तथा पात्र लाभुकों को सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उपलब्ध कराने हेतु लगातार प्रयासरत है।
उपायुक्त के अस्पताल पहुंचकर मरीज एवं परिजनों से मुलाकात करने तथा त्वरित सहायता सुनिश्चित किए जाने पर परिजनों ने जिला प्रशासन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
