उप विकास आयुक्त ने ग्रामीण आवास, मनरेगा एवं 15 वें वित्त आयोग योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की

गुमला : – गुमला उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेश रंजन की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जिले के सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के प्रखंड समन्वयकों, मनरेगा बीपीओ एवं 15 वें वित्त आयोग के प्रखंड समन्वयकों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण), मनरेगा तथा 15 वें वित्त आयोग से संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की प्रखंडवार प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उप विकास आयुक्त ने योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन, लक्ष्य प्राप्ति, स्वीकृत एवं पूर्ण योजनाओं की स्थिति, लंबित कार्यों तथा वित्तीय एवं भौतिक प्रगति की जानकारी प्राप्त की।
समीक्षा के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत आवासों को निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर पूर्ण कराने, लाभुकों को समय पर भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने तथा लंबित मामलों के त्वरित निष्पादन का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी पात्र लाभुकों को योजना का लाभ उपलब्ध कराना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।
मनरेगा योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने अधिक से अधिक मानव दिवस सृजित करने, संचालित योजनाओं में गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने, समय पर मापी एवं भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने तथा जल संरक्षण, पौधारोपण, परिसंपत्ति निर्माण एवं आजीविका संवर्धन से संबंधित कार्यों में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया।
वहीं 15 वें वित्त आयोग से संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षा के क्रम में उन्होंने स्वीकृत योजनाओं को शीघ्र धरातल पर उतारने, प्रगति में तेजी लाने तथा लंबित योजनाओं को निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को योजनाओं की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करने तथा किसी भी प्रकार की बाधा आने पर उसका त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को योजनाओं के विभिन्न आयामों पर सतत निगरानी रखते हुए लक्ष्य के अनुरूप प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने तथा सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने के लिए समन्वित रूप से कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।
