गुमला प्रखंड में ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ शिविर को मिली अपार सफलता, 197 लोगों को मिला लर्निंग लाइसेंस

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित प्रखंड मुख्यालय में झारखंड सरकार के परिवहन विभाग के महत्वाकांक्षी ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ अभियान के तहत आज गुमला प्रखंड कार्यालय के सभागार में विशेष शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति (लर्निंग लाइसेंस) परीक्षा शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। कामडारा प्रखंड में मिली ऐतिहासिक सफलता देखते हुए गुमला प्रखंड में भी आयोजित उक्त शिविर में भी जनता का भारी उत्साह देखने को मिला। अनुज्ञप्ति बनवाने के लिए 2,20 से अधिक लोगों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी, जिससे प्रशासनिक अमले को व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की चुनौती का सामना करना पड़ा।

उपायुक्त ने अपने हाथों बाँटी अनुज्ञप्ति, 1,97 अभ्यर्थी हुए सफल

इस एकदिवसीय शिविर में कुल 2,24 अभ्यर्थियों ने परीक्षा पूरी की, जिनमें से 197 अभ्यर्थी सफलतापूर्वक उत्तीर्ण हुए, जबकि 27 लोग असफल रहे। कार्यक्रम की सबसे खास बात यह रही कि गुमला के उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने स्वयं शिविर में उपस्थित होकर सफल अभ्यर्थियों को अपने हाथों से शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति प्रदान की, जिससे युवाओं और स्थानीय लोगों का उत्साह दोगुना हो गया।

सड़क सुरक्षा का ‘गुरुमंत्र’

अनुज्ञप्ति वितरण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने उपस्थित लोगों को सड़क सुरक्षा का विशेष ‘गुरुमंत्र’ दिया। उन्होंने बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा, “जिस तेज गति से दुर्घटनाएं बढ़ रही हैं, उसे देखते हुए हम सभी को अत्यधिक सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है। दोपहिया वाहन पर हमेशा हेलमेट पहनें और चार पहिया वाहन में सुरक्षा पेटी (सीट बेल्ट) जरूर लगाएं।”

उन्होंने एक महत्वपूर्ण नियम की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि अब कार में पीछे बैठने वाले यात्रियों के लिए भी सीट बेल्ट लगाना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। इस विषय पर संबंधित मंत्रालय द्वारा कड़े नियम जारी किए जा चुके हैं।

शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति को स्थायी न समझें

उपायुक्त ने शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति प्राप्त करने वाले युवाओं को स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए समझाया कि “शिक्षार्थी अनुज्ञप्ति का अर्थ केवल वाहन चलाना ‘सीखने’ के लिए दी गई अनुमति है। इसे किसी भी स्थिति में स्थायी अनुज्ञप्ति नहीं मानना चाहिए।” उन्होंने सलाह दी कि इस अनुज्ञप्ति के जारी होने के 30 दिनों के बाद स्थायी अनुज्ञप्ति के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन अवश्य करें। लाइसेंस पूरी तरह बन जाने के बाद ही गाड़ी पर अपनी पकड़ मजबूत करें और पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ वाहन चलाएं।

इन पदाधिकारियों की रही गरिमामयी उपस्थिति

इस विशाल शिविर को सफल बनाने में प्रशासनिक अमले का पूरा सहयोग रहा। कार्यक्रम के दौरान गुमला के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी अशोक कुमार चोपड़ा, अंचलाधिकारी हरीश कुमार, मोटरयान निरीक्षक (एमवीआई) और जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ) सत्येन्द्र महतो सहित परिवहन विभाग की पूरी टीम मुस्तैदी से मौजूद रही।

अगला शिविर 7 जुलाई को फसिया पंचायत में

विभाग ने घोषणा की है कि अगला शिविर जिले के अंतर्गत गुमला प्रखंड के फासिया पंचायत में दिनांक 7 जुलाई 2026 को लगाए जाने की योजना है। इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी अपने दस्तावेजों के साथ निर्धारित तिथि पर शिविर स्थल पर उपस्थित होकर इस सुविधा का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

गुमला प्रखंड में आयोजित इस सफल शिविर ने एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया है कि प्रशासन यदि जनता के द्वार तक पहुंचे, तो आम नागरिक भी नियमों का पालन करने और सरकारी सुविधाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार हैं।
