निर्माणाधीन एकलव्य मॉडल आवासीय विद्यालयों की प्रगति की उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षा, गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं समयबद्ध कार्य पूर्ण करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिले के निर्माणाधीन एकलव्य मॉडल आवासीय विद्यालय से संबंधित समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विद्यालय भवनों के निर्माण की अद्यतन स्थिति, संचालन की तैयारियों तथा बिजली, पेयजल, सड़क, फर्नीचर, उपस्कर एवं अन्य आवश्यक आधारभूत सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी निर्माणाधीन विद्यालयों की प्रगति की जानकारी लेते हुए संबंधित कार्यदायी एजेंसियों एवं विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर गुणवत्तापूर्ण ढंग से निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालयों का निर्माण कार्य समय पर पूर्ण होने के साथ-साथ सभी आवश्यक सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता भी सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि विद्यालयों का संचालन बिना किसी बाधा के प्रारंभ किया जा सके।

समीक्षा के दौरान डुमरी में पेयजल की समस्या पर विशेष चर्चा हुई। बताया गया कि पूर्व में कराई गई बोरिंग सफल नहीं हो सकी है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने विद्यालय परिसर में अविलंब नई बोरिंग कराकर पेयजल की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। वहीं पालकोट स्थित में भी पेयजल संबंधी समस्या के त्वरित समाधान के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि किसी भी विद्यालय भवन का हैंडओवर तभी लिया जाए, जब निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण रूप से संपन्न हो जाए तथा बिजली, पेयजल सहित सभी आवश्यक आधारभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध एवं क्रियाशील हों। उन्होंने कहा कि अपूर्ण भवन अथवा मूलभूत सुविधाओं के अभाव में हैंडओवर की प्रक्रिया नहीं अपनाई जाएगी।

बैठक में जिन विद्यालय परिसरों में अब तक विद्युत कनेक्शन उपलब्ध नहीं है, वहां प्राथमिकता के आधार पर शीघ्र विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए। साथ ही विद्यालय संचालन के लिए आवश्यक फर्नीचर, बर्तन, उपस्कर एवं अन्य संसाधनों की समय पर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने पर भी बल दिया गया।

बैठक में जिला वन प्रमण्डल पदाधिकारी, परियोजना निदेशक , जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी, कार्यदायी एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधि एवं अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
