वन अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत सामुदायिक एवं व्यक्तिगत वन अधिकार मामलों की हुई समीक्षा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में वन अधिकार अधिनियम से संबंधित समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में सामुदायिक वन अधिकार , सामुदायिक वन संसाधन अधिकार तथा व्यक्तिगत वन अधिकार से संबंधित मामलों की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान सामुदायिक वन अधिकार के कुल 8 मामलों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। इनमें से 5 मामलों को सर्वसम्मति से पारित किया गया, जबकि 3 मामलों में आवश्यक त्रुटियों के सुधार के लिए संबंधित ग्राम सभाओं को प्रस्ताव वापस भेजने का निर्णय लिया गया। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी त्रुटियों का शीघ्र निराकरण करते हुए प्रस्तावों को पुनः निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार प्रस्तुत किया जाए, ताकि समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

सामुदायिक वन संसाधन अधिकार के संबंध में आगामी कार्ययोजना के तहत 10 नए प्रस्ताव तैयार कर प्रस्तुत करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए प्रस्तावों की गुणवत्ता एवं समयबद्ध तैयारी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में व्यक्तिगत वन अधिकार ( आईएफआर) की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक माह न्यूनतम 5 व्यक्तिगत वन अधिकार पत्र स्वीकृत एवं निर्गत किए जाएं, ताकि पात्र लाभुकों को समय पर वन अधिकारों का लाभ मिल सके।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि वन अधिकार अधिनियम के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए सभी संबंधित विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें तथा प्रत्येक स्तर पर दस्तावेजों की गुणवत्ता, पारदर्शिता एवं समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने लंबित मामलों के त्वरित निस्तारण एवं पात्र लाभुकों को शीघ्र लाभान्वित करने पर विशेष बल दिया।

बैठक में जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, परियोजना निदेशक , जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
