परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार : नवडीहा पंचायत में उमड़ा जनसैलाब, 88 अभ्यर्थियों को मिला लर्निंग लाइसेंस

झारखंड सरकार के परिवहन विभाग के महत्वाकांक्षी अभियान ‘परिवहन कार्यालय आपके द्वार’ के तहत आज घाघरा प्रखंड की नवडीहा पंचायत में लर्निंग लाइसेंस शिविर का सफल आयोजन हुआ। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी सत्येन्द्र महतो के नेतृत्व में लगे इस शिविर में ग्रामीणों का भारी उत्साह देखने को मिला। कुल 91 आवेदकों ने उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई और कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में हिस्सा लिया, जिनमें से 88 अभ्यर्थियों ने सफलता प्राप्त की। परीक्षा परिणाम की दर लगभग 96.7 प्रतिशत रही। सभी सफल आवेदकों को तत्काल मौके पर ही लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्रदान किया गया।

सड़क सुरक्षा के लिए जिला उपायुक्त के सख्त निर्देश

गुमला के जिला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने इस अभियान की सफलता के बीच सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर आम जनता को गुरुमंत्र दिए हैं। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि तेज गति से बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को देखते हुए सभी को अत्यधिक सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता है। उपायुक्त ने हिदायत दी कि दोपहिया वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट और चारपहिया वाहन चलाते समय सीट बेल्ट अनिवार्य रूप से लगाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि नए नियमों के अनुसार अब कार में पीछे बैठने वालों के लिए भी सीट बेल्ट लगाना पूरी तरह अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है और संबंधित मंत्रालय द्वारा कड़े नियम जारी किए गए हैं। युवाओं को निर्देश दिया गया कि लर्निंग लाइसेंस केवल वाहन सीखने की अनुमति है, इसे स्थायी लाइसेंस न समझें और 30 दिनों के पश्चात स्थायी अनुज्ञप्ति के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन अवश्य करें।

13 जुलाई को देवाकी ग्राम में होगा अगला शिविर

परिवहन विभाग ने घोषणा की है की इस अभियान का अगला शिविर 13 जुलाई 2026 को देवाकी पंचायत भवन में लगेगा। इच्छुक आवेदकों से अपील की गई है कि वे शिविर में आने से पहले पहचान पत्र (आधार/निवास प्रमाण पत्र), उम्र का प्रमाण (अंकपत्र/मतदाता पहचान पत्र), ब्लड ग्रुप प्रमाण पत्र और दो पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो अवश्य साथ लाएँ। इसके अतिरिक्त सभी आवेदकों को सरल सुविधा के लिए पूर्व में ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने और शुल्क जमा करने की सलाह दी गई है, जिसकी विस्तृत प्रक्रिया सारथी पोर्टल (sarathi.parivahan.gov.in) पर उपलब्ध है।

जिला प्रशासन की जनता से अपील

जिला प्रशासन ने स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों और सभी क्षेत्रवासियों से अनुरोध किया है कि 13 जुलाई को देवाकी में आयोजित होने वाले शिविर तथा आवेदन प्रक्रिया की सूचना को अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुँचाकर इस जन-कल्याणकारी अभियान को सफल बनाने में सहयोग करें।
