खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का विशेष जांच अभियान, मिस ब्रांडेड खाद्य सामग्री नष्ट कराई गई

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त एवं अभिहित अधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला के संयुक्त निर्देश पर पालकोट प्रखंड में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े नियमों के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा विशेष जांच एवं छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया, जिसमें खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, कुमार प्रभाकर एवं आशा राज शामिल थे।

अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों, किराना दुकानों, होटल एवं थोक तथा खुदरा विक्रेताओं की सघन जांच की गई। निरीक्षण के क्रम में खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता व्यवस्था, सुरक्षित भंडारण, खाद्य लाइसेंस एवं पंजीकरण, उत्पादों की एक्सपायरी तिथि तथा लेबलिंग संबंधी प्रावधानों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों ने दुकानदारों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 के प्रावधानों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने तथा उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही दुकानदारों को एक्सपायरी एवं मिस ब्रांडेड खाद्य सामग्री का क्रय-विक्रय नहीं करने की सख्त चेतावनी दी गई।

पालकोट बाजार स्थित होटल संचालकों को साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने, कर्मियों द्वारा एप्रन, ग्लव्स, कैप आदि पहनकर काम करने तथा किराना दुकान को खुले में मसाले एवं खाद्य तेल का क्रय-विक्रय या भंडारण नहीं करने तथा खाद्य पदार्थों में किसी भी प्रकार के मिस ब्रांडेड रंग या अवैध सामग्री का क्रय-विक्रय नहीं करने की सख्त चेतावनी दी गई।

जांच के दौरान आर.एन. जनरल स्टोर, बगमा में पाए गए 24 पेटी वहीं निखिल कुमार केसरी के प्रतिष्ठान से बरामद 22 पेटी मिस ब्रांडेड चिली सॉस को भी विभागीय निगरानी में नष्ट कराया गया एवं भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006
के सुसंगत धाराओं में जुर्माना वसूला जाएगा।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों के उल्लंघन के विरुद्ध नियमित रूप से जांच अभियान चलाया जाता रहेगा तथा नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के तहत आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। आम नागरिकों से भी अपील की गई कि वे केवल मानक एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य पदार्थों का ही उपयोग करें तथा किसी भी संदिग्ध खाद्य सामग्री की सूचना विभाग को दें।
