तीन वर्षीय मासूम से दुष्कर्म के आरोप में युवक गिरफ्तार

घाघरा थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए, उक्त आरोपी को विधिवत गिरफ्तार करते हुए भेजा जेल

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में तीन वर्षीय मासूम बच्ची के साथ जबरदस्ती दुष्कर्म के आरोप को पुलिस ने उसके गांव के ही 18 वर्षीय युवक सुनील लोहारा को विधिवत गिरफ्तार करते हुए, उक्त मामले की गहराई से पूछताछ और जांच कर रही है, उक्त मासूम नाबालिक 3 वर्षीय पीड़ित बच्ची के परिजनों के अनुसार शनिवार के संध्या में उक्त आरोपी ने बच्ची को खेलने के बहाने अपने घर ले गया, और वहाँ उसने उस मासूम बच्ची के साथ जबरदस्ती उक्त वारदात को अंजाम दिया, बाद में उक्त पीड़ित बच्ची के रोने की आवाज सुनकर उसकी मां मौके पर पहुंची और अपनी बच्ची को घर ले आई, जहां उक्त बच्ची ने उक्त घटना की जानकारी दी ,अपने परिजनों को दी, बाद में उक्त घटना की जानकारी घाघरा थाना पुलिस को दी गई, सूचना मिलते ही घाघरा थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए, घाघरा थाना पुलिस अपने दलबल के साथ उक्त गांव पहूची और उक्त आरोपी युवक को विधिवत गिरफ्तार कर घाघरा थाना लाया गया और गहराई से पूछताछ करते हुए उसे गिरफ्तार कर हाजत में रखा गया और उक्त मासूम पीड़िता बच्ची का चिकित्सीय परीक्षण कराया गया है और उक्त मामले में आवश्यक कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी करते हुए न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया गया और न्यायिक हिरासत में लेते हुए उक्त आरोपी को गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया।
