20 लाख का इनामी नक्सलवादी रविंद्र गंझू गिरफ्तार उसके पास से एक स्वचालित एके – 56 राइफल, ऑटोमेटिक पिस्टल तथा भारी मात्रा में जिंदा कारतूस बरामद की गई है

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित चैनपुर में झारखंड पुलिस, सीआरपीएफ और कोबरा 209 बटालियन की संयुक्त विशेष छापेमारी दल ने प्रतिबंधित माओवादी संगठन भा०क०पा० (माओवादी) के रीजनल कमेटी सदस्य रवीन्द्र गंझू उर्फ मुकेश गंझू उर्फ सुरेन्द्र गंझू को लातेहार के बेतर ओ०पी० क्षेत्र के हेंसला बांझी टोला के पास के जंगलों से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। इस खूंखार माओवादी पर झारखंड सरकार द्वारा 15 लाख रुपये और एनआईए द्वारा 5 लाख रुपये सहित कुल 20 लाख रुपये का इनाम घोषित था। उसके पास से एक स्वचालित एके-56 राइफल, ऑटोमैटिक पिस्टल तथा भारी मात्रा में जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किए गए हैं। रवीन्द्र गंझू के विरुद्ध झारखंड के विभिन्न थानों में कुल 154 कांड दर्ज हैं। इनमें से चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र और कुरुमगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र में दर्ज संगीन कांडों का विवरण नीचे दिया गया है, जिनमें वह लंबे समय से वांछित चल रहा था। चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र में रवीन्द्र गंझू के खिलाफ हत्या के प्रयास, पुलिस बल पर हमला, सरकारी काम में बाधा और आर्म्स व विस्फोटक कानून के तहत कुल 4 बड़े मामले दर्ज हैं कांड संख्या 03/13 दिनांक: 15.03.2013 यह मामला
भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 147/148/14 9/353/332/333/307/427/302 दंगा, लोक सेवक पर हमला, हत्या एवं हत्या का प्रयास, 27 आर्म्स एक्ट, 3/4/5 विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम और 17 सी०एल०ए० एक्ट के तहत दर्ज है। इसमें पुलिस बल पर > जानलेवा हमला व हत्या जैसी गंभीर धाराएं शामिल हैं। कांड संख्या 04/13 दिनांक:
15.03.2013 यह मामला आईपीसी की धारा 147/148/149/353/307 बलवा, सरकारी कार्य में बाधा और हत्या का प्रयास, 27 आर्म्स एक्ट, 3/4/5 विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम और 17 सी०एल०ए० एक्ट के तहत दर्ज है। कांड संख्या 10/15 दिनांक 01.03.2015 सरकारी कर्मचारियों पर हमला कर घायल करने और हथियार प्रदर्शन से जुड़े इस मामले में आईपीसी की धारा 147/148 /149/353/332/333/307, 27 आर्म्स एक्ट, 3/4/5 विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम और 17 सी०एल०ए० एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज है। कांड संख्या 16/2015 दिनांक 14.03.2015 इस मामले में विस्फोटक और देश विरोधी गतिविधियों की धाराएं शामिल हैं। यह मामला आईपीसी की धारा 147/148/149/353/333/307, आर्म्स एक्ट की धारा 25 (1-बी)ए/27/35/26, 3/4/5 विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम,
10/16/23 यूएपीए यूएपी एक्ट/विधि विरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप रोकथाम अधिनियम एवं 17 सी०एल०ए० एक्ट के तहत दर्ज है। कुरुमगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र में भी सुरक्षा बलों को निशाना बनाने और हिंसा फैलाने के संबंध में रवीन्द्र गंझू पर 2 मुख्य मामले दर्ज हैं कांड संख्या 03/13 दिनांक 15.03.2013 यह संगीन मामला आईपीसी की धारा 147/148/149/332/333/353/307/427/302 (सरकारी सेवक पर हमला, हत्या और संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाना), 27 आर्म्स एक्ट, 3/4/5 विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम एवं 17 सी०एल०ए० एक्ट के तहत दर्ज है। कांड संख्या 04/13 दिनांकः 15.03.2013 पुलिस बल को निशाना बनाकर किए गए हमले के संबंध में आईपीसी की धारा 147/148/149/353/307, 27 आर्म्स एक्ट, 3/4/5 विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम और 17 सी०एल०ए० एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज है। रवीन्द्र गंझू की गिरफ्तारी से गुमला के चैनपुर, कुरुमगढ़ और लातेहार के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में सक्रिय माओवादी दस्ते को करारा झटका लगा है। प्रशासन का मानना है कि इन क्षेत्रों में लेवी वसूली और विकास कार्यों में बाधा डालने वाले नेटवर्क को ध्वस्त करने में यह एक ऐतिहासिक सफलता है।
