आरोपी को पत्नी की हत्या सिद्ध होने पर दस वर्ष की सजा

gomia — तेनुघाट व्यवहार न्यायालय के जिला जज द्वितीय सूर्य मणि त्रिपाठी के न्यायालय से दहेज के लिए पत्नी की हत्या करने वाले आरोपी अभियुक्त पति रहावन ओपी थाना अंतर्गत ग्राम झुमरा निवासी दीपक महतो को को दोषी पाने के बाद दस साल की सश्रम कारावास की सजा सुनाई।
बताते चले कि रांची खेलगांव थाना ग्राम गाडी होटवार निवासी अजय महतो ने बताया था कि उसकी बहन सुनीता कुमारी की शादी 10/5/22 को अभियुक्त दीपक महतो के साथ हुई थी। शादी के बाद एक महीने तक ठीक से ससुराल में रही, मगर उसके बाद उसे दहेज के लिए शारीरिक एवं मानसिक प्रतड़ना अभियुक्त के द्वारा दिया जाने लगा। जानकारी मिलने पर एक मोटरसाइकिल दिए। उसके बाद 3/1/24 को मेरी बहन को एक पुत्र हुआ। जहां हम पूरे परिवार गए। उसके एक महीने के बाद फिर मेरा बहनोई दीपक महतो मेरी बहन सुनीता कुमारी से पचास हजार रुपए की मांग करने लगे। जिसे लेकर मेरे बहनोई उसके दोनों भाई और गोतिनी मेरी बहन के साथ लड़ाई झगड़ा कर शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने लगे। फिर 8/3/24 को मेरी बहन एवं बच्चे को लाकर मेरे बहनोई दीपक महतो मेरे घर छोड़कर चले गए। उसके बाद 27/3/24 को मेरी माँ मीना देवी मेरी बहन एवं बच्चे को लेकर ससुराल आई लो उसके परिवार के लोग गाली गलौज करने लगे। फिर 29/3/24 को मेरी माँ समझा बुझा कर घर आई। तो मेरी बहन की गोतनी का फोन आया कि आपकी बहन की हालत काफी खराब है, हॉस्पिटल लेकर गए हैं और फोन काट दिया। उसके आधे घंटे बाद फोन कर बताया गया कि आपकी बहन दुनिया में नहीं रही। तब मैं अपने परिवार एवं गांव के कुछ लोगों के साथ अपनी बहन सुनीता कुमारी के ससुराल गए जहां पर थाना पर काफी भीड़ लगा था तो देखा कि मेरी बहन सुनीता कुमारी सफेद बोलरों के बीच वाली सीट पर मृत अवस्था पर पड़ी है। शव देख कर ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि मेरी बहन सुनीता कुमारी को बहनोई दीपक महतो, भैसुर सुरेन्द्र महतो, प्रकाश महतो, गोतनी सरिता देवी, मुनिया देवी, ननद देवंती देवी, फुलासो देवी, अंजू देवी, बिमला देवी, सास पनवा देवी ने षड्यंत्र कर मार दिया। उक्त बयान के आधार पर जागेश्वर बिहार में थाना कांड क्रमांक 7/24 दर्ज किया गया।
आरोप पत्र समर्पित होने के बाद सत्रवाद संख्या 214/2024 मामला स्थानांतरित होकर जिला जज द्वितीय सूर्य मणि त्रिपाठी की न्यायालय में आया। न्यायालय में उपलब्ध गवाह एवं दोनों पक्षों के अधिवक्ता के बहस सुनने के बाद अदालत ने अभियुक्त दीपक महतो को पत्नी दहेज के लिए प्रताड़ित कर हत्या करने के आरोप में दोषी पाने के बाद दस वर्ष की सश्रम कारावास की सजा सुनाई। सजा सुनाई जाने के बाद अभियुक्त दीपक महतो को तेनुघाट जेल भेज दिया गया। अभियोजन पक्ष की ओर से अपर लोक अभियोजक सर्वेश आनंद सिंह ने बहस की।
