उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में तकनीकी विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक, लंबित योजनाओं को समयबद्ध ढंग से पूर्ण करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में आज समाहरणालय सभागार में जिले के विभिन्न तकनीकी विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विशेष प्रमंडल, लघु सिंचाई विभाग (एम आई ), ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग (आर डब्ल्यू डी ), सड़क निर्माण विभाग ( आरसीडी), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, जिला परिषद, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग, भवन निर्माण विभाग, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार कार्यक्रम (एनआरईपी), वाटर वेज एवं विद्युत विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं एवं निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक में सभी संबंधित विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सहायक अभियंता एवं अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। उपायुक्त ने विभागवार लंबित योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी कार्यों को निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर गुणवत्तापूर्ण ढंग से पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

लघु सिंचाई विभाग ( एम आई) की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिन योजनाओं का कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है, उन्हें आगामी 15 अगस्त तक संबंधित विभाग को हस्तांतरित (हैंड ओवर) करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही निर्माणाधीन सभी योजनाओं को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने तथा विभिन्न कारणों से रुके हुए कार्यों के संबंध में संवेदकों से समन्वय स्थापित कर कार्यों को पुनः गति देने के निर्देश दिए।

भवन निर्माण विभाग की समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने चैनपुर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएससी) के निर्माण कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर शीघ्र पूर्ण करने को कहा। उन्होंने चैनपुर में ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट (बीपीएचयू) निर्माण हेतु आवश्यक प्रस्ताव तैयार कर विभाग को भेजने का निर्देश दिया। इसके अतिरिक्त जिले में संचालित सभी मरम्मति (रिपेयरिंग) कार्यों को समयबद्ध ढंग से पूरा करने तथा सदर अस्पताल में चल रहे निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। अस्पताल परिसर में सीपेज की समस्या का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने पर भी विशेष बल दिया गया।

सड़क निर्माण विभाग (आरसीडी ), विशेष प्रमंडल तथा अन्य तकनीकी विभागों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने सभी लंबित कार्यों में तेजी लाने तथा निर्माण कार्यों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

वाटर वेज विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान बताया गया कि कतरी परियोजना का प्रस्ताव विभाग को भेज दिया गया है। उपायुक्त ने परियोजना से संबंधित आगामी कार्रवाई में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए विकास योजनाओं का समयबद्ध एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि जिन योजनाओं का कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है, उनका शीघ्र हस्तांतरण किया जाए तथा लंबित एवं बाधित परियोजनाओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूर्ण कर आमजन को समय पर उसका लाभ उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
