गुमला : – गुमला जिला में आगामी स्वतंत्रता दिवस-2026 समारोह के सफल एवं गरिमामय आयोजन को लेकर आज उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मां की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह की विस्तृत कार्ययोजना, विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों की रूपरेखा, विभागवार दायित्वों तथा विधि-व्यवस्था सहित सभी आवश्यक तैयारियों की बिंदुवार समीक्षा की गई। बैठक की कार्यवाही के अनुसार समारोह के सफल आयोजन हेतु सभी संबंधित विभागों को अलग-अलग जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी गईं।
बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि 15 अगस्त को प्रातः विभिन्न स्थलों पर राष्ट्रनायकों एवं शहीदों की प्रतिमाओं पर माल्यार्पण, ध्वजारोहण, परेड, राष्ट्रगान तथा परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम में मुख्य समारोह का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों एवं झारखंड आंदोलनकारियों का सम्मान, उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले कर्मियों का सम्मान, विद्यालयों की सहभागिता, प्रभात फेरी, स्वच्छता अभियान तथा नागरिक एकादश बनाम प्रशासन एकादश के मध्य फुटबॉल मैच सहित विभिन्न कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
बैठक में समारोह स्थल की साफ-सफाई, रंग-रोगन, विद्युत व्यवस्था, पेयजल, चिकित्सा सुविधा, मंच एवं बैठक व्यवस्था, यातायात प्रबंधन, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, मीडिया समन्वय, आमंत्रण पत्र वितरण, राष्ट्रीय ध्वज, परेड पूर्वाभ्यास, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, अतिथियों के स्वागत एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं की विभागवार समीक्षा की गई। सभी संबंधित विभागों एवं पदाधिकारियों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर अपने-अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह सुव्यवस्थित, गरिमामय एवं आकर्षक ढंग से संपन्न कराया जा सके।
उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता दिवस राष्ट्रीय गौरव का पर्व है। सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए समय पर तैयारियां पूर्ण करें तथा अपने दायित्वों का गंभीरता एवं जिम्मेदारी के साथ निर्वहन सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही न हो तथा प्रत्येक व्यवस्था पूर्व निर्धारित कार्ययोजना के अनुरूप समय पर पूरी की जाए।
पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मा ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, यातायात प्रबंधन, परेड एवं मुख्य समारोह के दौरान विधि-व्यवस्था को लेकर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को समुचित समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने को कहा, ताकि समारोह शांतिपूर्ण एवं सुरक्षित वातावरण में संपन्न हो सके।
बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, परियोजना निदेशक आईटीडीए, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सदर, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला, जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक सहित विभिन्न विभागों के संबंधित पदाधिकारी तथा पुलिस विभाग के अधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
